Project of the light machinery production in TOS Kuřim - OS, a.s. - workshop for the turning machines
Pernica, Jan ; OS,, Milan Martínek, TOS Kuřim - (referee) ; Bělohoubek, Pavel (advisor)
Master's thesis deals with the design layout of the workplace in light machinery production in TOS Kuřim-OS, as. On this workplace is turning rotating parts are manufactured in the weight of 250 kg. Proposals arrangement based on how the current state and the methodology of the design layout. It is also based on the use of machines and parameters, security principles and the possibility of new premises. To evaluate the best options are proposed criteria, which are determined by the most appropriate solution. For the chosen variant is created by the project, which includes the cost of setting up an evaluation, documentation and the benefits that arise from this option for the workplace.
Possibilities of Non-invasive Control of Hypoxic Training
Pernica, Jan ; Suchý, Jiří (advisor) ; Pupiš, Martin (referee) ; Korvas, Pavel (referee)
Title: Possibilities of Non-invasive Control of Hypoxic Training Objectives: To find out whether there is a statistically significant change in mood dynamics measured by the POMS questionnaire while staying and training in a natural hypoxic environment (LHTH), compared to staying and training in normoxy. To compare and verify other non-invasive methods of controlled training in natural hypoxia. Methods: The research has the character of a quasi-experiment with a plan of repeated measurements. As a method of data acquisition, questioning was carried out using a standardized POMS questionnaire, analysis of training documentation. In the selected persons heart rate measurements and analysis of blood biochemical examination records were also done. An additional interview was included. There are two case studies. Results: A statistically significant difference in mood states was observed in the second week of the training camp, when a naturally hypoxic environment reduced the Energy Index and increased the Total Mood Disturbance of athletes. Casuistic investigations did not find any correlation between athletes' reduced performance and changes in the morning resting heart rate or biochemical blood analysis. However, a correlation between the decrease in performance and the overall mood disorder was...

The reason and benefits of the practising the Power plate machine
Svozilová, Barbora ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Pernica, Jan (referee)
Title: The reason and benefits of the practising the Power Plate® machine. Objectives: In this thesis I would like to introduce a vibration machine Power Plate®. In spite of the quite novelty (as the Power Plate® is considered in the Czech republic), is known and very often used, especially in the rest of the western Europe and United States. The Power Plate company, as one of the producers of products based on the technology of mediating the whole body vibration training to the human body, presents a lot of the benefits gained from the WBVT. Not all of these effects are fully confirmed by the medical research, however large majority of the presented effects have been already confirmed. Therefore I will try to confirm mainly the positive effects of this machine by the publishing the conclusions of the researches, done by the particular institutions. In the practical part of my thesis I will publish the questionnaire done in the wellness studio Bel Corpo in Prague - Barrandov by the clients who regularly use the Power Plate machine. The questionnaire was done for to compare the benefits which Power Plate organisation points out and the real results of the clients who use the Power Plate machine. The schedule of the questions will be mentioned in encloses. Encloses will also contain all the types of...
