Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem uspořádání pracoviště lehké obrobny v TOS Kuřim-OS, a.s.. Na tomto pracovišti se soustružením vyrábějí rotační díly do hmotnosti 250kg. Návrhy uspořádání vychází jak ze stávajícího stavu, tak z metodiky navrhování uspořádání. Dále se vychází z využití a parametrů strojů, bezpečnostních zásad a možností nových prostor. Pro vyhodnocení nejvhodnější varianty jsou navrhnuta kritéria, ze kterých se určí nejvhodnější řešení. Pro vybranou variantu je vytvořen projekt, který obsahuje nákladové vyhodnocení na zřízení, dokumentaci a přínosy, které z této varianty vyplynou pro dané pracoviště. Master's thesis deals with the design layout of the workplace in light machinery production in TOS Kuřim-OS, as. On this workplace is turning rotating parts are manufactured in the weight of 250 kg. Proposals arrangement based on how the current state and the methodology of the design layout. It is also based on the use of machines and parameters, security principles and the possibility of new premises. To evaluate the best options are proposed criteria, which are determined by the most appropriate solution. For the chosen variant is created by the project, which includes the cost of setting up an evaluation, documentation and the benefits that arise from this option for the workplace.
