The diploma thesis focuses on the creation of a business plan to establish a woman’s fitness centre in Brno. This business will be primarily targeted at foreign clients living in the area. First, the methodologies and the theoretical approach to the solved problem are described. Subsequently, analyses of the company's environment are performed and the information obtained is used in the SWOT analysis. The final part contains the business plan, including its feasibility of success in the current market.

The bachelor thesis is to endeavour to find a solution in order to best satisfy the customers of the Technical Museum in Brno. The initial phase includes theoretical elements which are covering the related terms. The second phase introduces the company with an in depth analysis of its current marketing strategies and my own reasearch. The final phase is a recommendation and potential solutions the company can implement, based on an applied analysis on how to increase customer satisfaction.

Management of Multinational Company and Economic Crisis

The Thesis summarizes development and management of multinational corporation which must deal with the consequences of the financial crisis. Theoretical and practical view into financial crisis is described in theoretical part of the Thesis. Established arrangements of international industry group Valeo are analysed through practical part. Their impact into future is mentioned as recommendations to management.
