International transfers of personal data outside the European union

Cross-border data flows from the EU: Data protection and the right to privacy Abstract This thesis discusses the legal concepts of privacy and personal data protection, the EU legal framework, specifically the relevant primary law and secondary EU law such as the Data Protection Directive and the General Data Protection Regulation. The thesis further examines the concept of international transfers of personal data outside the European Union and the legal basis for such transfers, as regulated by the GDPR, its different methods and their comparison in relation to their scope and specific use. The author considered the definition of the adequacy decision, the process of granting such a decision and its criteria to be essential. Subsequently, the thesis dealt with the presentation of appropriate safeguards as alternative methods of international transfers of personal data under EU law. The focus of the thesis is to introduce the third country regime using the example of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland as a former EU Member State. In this respect, the thesis examines the development of UK data protection law in terms of international data transfers after Brexit. Design of Massage Gun

The task of the bachelor thesis was to design a cordless massage gun with interchangeable vibration attachments, which will have adjustable shock intensity and speed control. The main objective was to design an ergonomically suitable handle for multiple grip options. The resulting shape was derived from a previous market analysis of current products, both in design and technical terms, to meet the ergonomic requirements associated with this product. At the same time, I focused on ease of use.
The professional satisfaction of teachers during their careers

The diploma thesis deals with the professional satisfaction of selected teachers in the implementation of their teaching profession. The theoretical part characterizes the teaching profession in terms of historical development and current changes. This is followed by teacher preparation for the profession and the topic of professional satisfaction from an overall perspective. In the practical part, the professional satisfaction of specific teachers during their careers is examined using qualitative research. The research is based on semi-structured interviews with selected teachers at different stages of school practice. The research survey focuses mainly on the pros and cons of the teaching profession and the demands associated with the teaching profession.

Grassland communities are natural part of our landscape. They were mostly created or maintained by human. If we leave them to their natural development they will disappear. Today grazing or mowing is recommended as an appropriate management. This work is an answer to the beginning of the grazing and mowing management in NPP Kaňk near Kutná Hora. Its goal is preparation for the monitoring of grazing and mowing, which will be in progress in this locality since year 2010.

This bachelor thesis deals with personality of Přemysl Pitter and his merrits in the out-of school education. The goal of this work is to focus on life and fate of this Czech preacher, writer and social worker Přemysl Pitter. The practical part of this thesis will be focused on analysis available statements of Přemyl Pitter's children using DVD recordings. Qualitative method will be used as a basic research to obtain content analysis of text and statements of witnesses.
Health benefits and risks of adherence to gluten-free diet

During the last approximately ten years, an increasing precentage of the world population follow a gluten-free diet. On one hand is the reason more and more frequent diagnosis of celiac disease, allergy on gluten or nonceliac gluten intolerance, on the other hand there is a modern trend to connect gluten-free diet with healthy lifestyle and weight loss or shows gluten as human health endangering substance. Bachelor thesis complies recent data in literature about single nosologic units that require adherence to the gluten-free diet, as well as legitimacy or unfounded exclusion of gluten from diet without any medical cause.
