The thesis is focused on the communication strategy of the bridal salon La Queen. In the first part of the thesis, to introduce the topic, the theoretical background is described. In the second part of the thesis, an analysis of the current communication activities of the bridal, a survey and evaluation of the questionnaires are presented. The main goal of the theses is to, following the analysis and the processing of the survey data, propose a set of measures that could improve the marketing communication strategy of the chosen company.

The object of the bachelor´s work is the issues of marketing research focused on customers satisfaction of Wellnes Ohrada. The bachelor´s thesis deals with a questionnaire and with its implementation in the hotel. The theoretical part of the bachelor´s work contains basic terms and marketing´s analysis techniques. The practical part of the work presents issues of customers´ dissatisfaction based on analysis of questionnaires. At the end of the work, important information is evaluated and set of proposals for customer satisfaction improvement is suggested.
