Strategies of dealing with different types of personalities for managers in educational institutions

This bachelor thesis, entitled "Strategies of Dealing with Different Types of Personalities for Managers in Educational Institutions" is focused on the communications between kindergarten principals and legal representatives of children while addressing arising conflicts and conflict situations - which are influencing standard kindergarten operations more than ever before. This study analyses different types of communication, sources of conflict and discusses possible solutions of various conflict situations between kindergarten principals and legal representatives of children. This thesis enumerates related terms and various published psychological and managerial studies. Case report methodology was used to analyze outputs from focus group which consisted of kindergarten principals discussing conflicts and their solutions. Opinions of case study attendants, whether they deal with conflicts according to specific personality types, is also part of the analysis, including the ability to identify personality type and the adaption of the corresponding communication style. The Play of Present Preschool children in the Village and in the Town

This bachelor thesis deals with the games of preschool children in the village and of the games of children in the city. In the first part of this work, the game is characterized, a reflection of the children?s surrounding environment in the game, development characteristics of the preschool age and games and toys at this time period. The second part of the thesis contains a researched investigation carried out on the nurseries and observation of the preschool children living in the village and in the city at the present time. Interview and observation have been utilized as examination methods. A part of this section is a detailed description and comparison of the games occurring in the village and in the city. From the researched investigation it can be concluded that the games in both environments are similar, however, in the monitored group of children, the village children have showed more fantasy and cooperation than the urban children.

Disparity in the Sphere of Tourism in the Vysočina Region

This work focuses on regional disparities in the Sphere in the Vysočina Region. This work analyses the offer of tourism in these area, it looks for disparities in microregions Pelhřimovsko and Jihlavsko and it recommends indikators for their measuring. Using this indicators this work assesses the disparities of tourism and recommends some ways to reduce these regional disparities.
