Psychomotor development of children born after intrauterine intervention for monochorionic twin complication.

This thesis concerns psychomotor development of children born after intrauterine intervention for the complication of monochorionic twins. The aim of its empirical part is to examine a) if the development of 24-month-old children born after twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) is within norms in individual domains, b) if it is even across individual domains and c) to find eventual predictors of their psychomotor development. In this retrospective cohort study, we used clinical data of 24 children which were gathered using Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development - third revision in Ústav pro péči o matku a dítě. The results of statistical analyses imply that the development of these children is delayed only in the domain of language, in which they also scored significantly lower than in the other domains. A significant negative relationship was found between the number of surviving fetuses, gestational week of intervention and scores in expressive language and gross motor. A significant predictor of gross motor with a negative effect is TTTS stage as well. Overall, the tested models explain substantial proportion of variance: 21 to 65% if the variable of mother is not considered and 74 to 99% if it is considered. Families of gifted children with ADHD

This thesis is focused on the topic of twice-exceptionality in children of school age. It deals with the specifics of gifted children with ADHD. The theoretical part defines basic concepts such as giftedness, intelligence, twice- exceptionality and ADHD. It describes the specifics of diagnostics and care of gifted children with ADHD. In the empirical part qualitative research using case study design was carried out. Parents of twice-exceptional children were chosen as respondents. Obtained data was analysed using the methods of open coding, thematic analysis and cross-case analysis. The results of research show that according to parents it is effective to implement structured environment and to use rewards as means of motivation. Parents approach caring for their children actively and responsibly. According to parents, effective communication with school is a very important aspect of their children's education. This communication happens to be problematic in some cases and some parents require teachers to use more active approach to problem solving. Parents use many resources to self-educate themselves on the topic of twice-exceptionality, most often books, articles, studies or podcasts. The goal of the proposal is to create a pleasant and functional environment for study and stay of youth with a medical disadvantage in the GEMINI Secondary School. Requirement the reason for the increase in the number of children is not only revitalization and modernization existing buildings, but also new constructions of other buildings. Another aspect of the project is the appropriate integration of the building into the environment of the housing estate Brno – Lesná.

Bachelor's thesis focuses on the taxation of income. The first part contains tax theory, which explains basic information on the taxation of income and forms of employment suitable for students. In the second part we can find general information on income tax of natural persons, subject to income tax and methods of calculation of tax advances from monthly wages. The third part focuses on the system of social and health insurance. The last fourth part shows practical examples of calculation of tax obligations. The aim of the work is to find an optimal taxation for students.

The master’s thesis follows up the possibility of using renewable for making electric power. It detects conditions of further development in this discipline and external factors which are applied to business. It rates from economic view little hydroelectric, wind and photovoltaic power stations. In business plan it elaborates in detail prosecution of the little hydroelectric plants, which is at the end subjected to financial analysis and it’s decided if this business makes sense.

This thesis analyzes the changes in the legal form of business from individuals to corporate, namely the limited liability company. The work is focused on the method of taxation of natural and legal persons, individual ability to switch between these legal forms and evaluate the pros and cons of various forms of business. The aim is to communicate the business advantages and disadvantages of different forms of taxation of business, entrepreneurs propose a change of legal form and to acquaint him with the steps that are needed to change the legal form to do.

This master’s thesis deals with problems of financing the acquisition of fixed assets. The theoretical part focuses on defining fixed assets and describing possibilities of its financing. The analytical part describes particular fixed asset and informs about economical situation of the company. This part also compares lease financing, bank loans and equity financing. The final part recommends the best possible option for the acquisition of fixed assets.

The thesis is divided into three sections, first theoretical part, second analytical part and as last options for solutions findings. First section reviews a legal, economic, accounting and tax perspectives. Analytical part investigates the overdue of the selected company. And based on those, the possible solutions are proposed.
