The bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of contemporary motivation system at the company MONING BRNO, s.r.o. It contains proposals to improve the incentive system of the company to improve its corporate culture, motivation and job satisfaction of employees. Furthermore, it contains of recommendations for improvement of interpersonal relationships in the workplace so that employees work in the most efficient way, so the company could develop in the near future.

The practical part reflects the findings of the theory, leading to the determination of optimal steps and suggestions to improve the current situation of the firm.

This master’s thesis deals with the issue of the communication mix of the selected company. The author explains the terms that this issue involves and the specific company focused on its communication mix is analyzed. The thesis contains concrete suggestions and recommendations that should be a suitable supplement of the existing communication mix, and which will be also contribute to a increase awareness of the company, and due to this for increase marketability of the offered vehicles.

The Proposal of Reward System and Employee Motivation in VOP GROUP, s.r.o.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation and motivation system and it also focuses on the remuneration of employees and on providing the employee’s benefits at the chosen employer. On the basis of theoretical findings and on the basis of the results of analysis of employer, I suggest the changes of the remuneration and motivation system. The aim of this suggestion is to support the improvement of the relationship between employer and employees.
