Ora pro nobis. The Litanies of B. V. M. in the Prague Loreto 1626 - 1784.

(in English): The thesis focuses on the Loreto litany in Loreto Prague in the 17th and 18th centuries. In the first part, it explores the Loreto litany in its involvement in the liturgy and puts it in context with the reflection of Marian spirituality. The second part examines Loreto litany from the Prague Loreto music collection from the property of Capuchin Order and from the property of the Lobkowicz family. Because some litany have a reduced setting, it extends the view of rural style analysis by examining printed collections of 18th century rural music.

Advisory support in the education of socially disadvantaged pupils

Thesis Counseling support in the education of socially disadvataged pupils deals with education of this target group of pupils, which is still unclear in many situation of. The emphasis is focused on counseling support of these children, that should help their education of non-state non-profit institutions. The aim of thesis is to clarify this issue and highlight the important role of non-profit instituions, genereally there is tend to neglect them. In its theoretical part thesis works with pupil with socially disadvantaged in the context of education and the structure of advisory support in the Czech Republic. The explorative part of thesis is based on case studies of specific non-state, non-profit organizations, namely the generally beneficial company People in need, a registered association Counseling centre for integration and registered association R- Bridges. These organizations are significantly involved in counseling support in the education of the target group of pupils. These studies are based on data collected during six interviews, that were contucted with employees of individual organizations. Data from these interviews are complemented by document analysis. Czech Religious Song in the Liturgy after the Second Vatican Council

This thesis Czech Religious Song in the Liturgy after the Second Vatican Council focuses on the repertoire of songs contained in hymnbooks "Kancionál" (Hymnal), "Mešní zpěvy" (Czech gradual), "Hymny" (Hymns) and "Hymny a básnické modlitby" (Hymns and poetic prayers). Includes theological principles of songs, history of Czech spiritual hymns, analysis of the editorial approaches for songbooks and analysis of the hymns in relation to the requirements of the liturgical renewal documents. The thesis focuses primarily on "Kancionál" (Hymnal), "mešní píseň" (mass song) and singing a song of thanksgiving after Communion. The thesis evaluates compositional approaches for lyrics and music of mass songs.

Jiří Reinsberg and Liturgy Reform at the Parish of Our Lady before Týn

This thesis deals with history of the liturgy reform and implementation of renewed liturgy in Czechoslovakia on the model of concrete parish community by the church of Our Lady before Tyn. It focuses on the form of liturgy during time when Jiří Reisberg served here as a parish. Based on historical reference and interviews with parishioners who experienced liturgy there at those times the thesis searches for answers to questions how the holy mass was celebrated there, how parishioners were taught about new practices and changes in liturgy and how this parish contributed to the liturgical life in Czechoslovakia. The thesis also catalogues information about Jiří Reinsberg's personality, his liturgical and theological notion and presents survey of his publication activities.

Enterprise transfer of individual entrepreneurs to a limited liability company

This master thesis deals with the enterprise transfer of business individuals (individual entrepreneurs) to a limited liability company. Attention is focused mainly on the the legal accuracy of individual terms of this issue, accounting and tax context and comparison of the transfer options. The aim of this work is to analyze the whole process of the enterprise transfer of an individual entrepreneur to a limited liability company in two levels, since the work analyzes in detail the different aspects of two of the three transfer methods - the sale of the enterprise and the contribution of the enterprise. In order to compare both options carefully, it was necessary to study the legal, accounting and tax circumstances of both. At the very beginning of the work there are also stated the basic concepts that are linked to the topic and that will appear very often later. There is also a comparison of both legal forms and consideration of the reasons that may lead the entrepreneurs to the enterprise transfer. The final chapter reflects the practical context, the contribution of the enterprise, since it analyzes the transfer agreements in the reporting period 2012 - 2016.

Unemployment in Times of Economic Crisis: Comparison of Czech and German Labour Market

This thesis focuses on the problem of unemployment, which culminates during times of economic recession. After the onset of the financial crisis in 2008, the unemployment rate grew in all european countries with the exception of Germany. A state which only ten years ago was considered to be the sick man of Europe, because of its problematic situation in the labour market. This work describes the development of the german labour market with emphasis on the role of pre-crisis labour policies reforms. Subsequently their effectiveness in times of a global financial crisis. Later the focus shifts to the Czech labour market and its development before and after 2008. The goal of this thesis is to perform an analysis and comparison of the statistical data of the aforementioned labour markets. The closing recommendations are based on the evaluation of the possibility to apply some of the german labour policies onto the Czech labour market.
