Specifics of land ownership in specially protected areas

This thesis focuses on the specifics of land ownership in specially protected areas. The objective was to determine the status of landowners in these protected areas. The study primarily concentrates on the conditions, obligations, and restrictions that affect landowners in these areas, including the compensations they are entitled to for such restrictions. The thesis also introduces some other institutions that can be used in the protection of nature and landscape. Legal regulations of both public and private law are analyzed, with an emphasis on public law, which includes legal statutes regulating the protection of nature and landscape. Case law addressing the area of nature and landscape protection and property rights is also utilized. The main part of the thesis is an analysis of specific rights and duties for landowners in specially protected areas. It also discusses the position of landowners in the actual declaration of specially protected areas. Mentioned as well are compensations due to owners in case of limitations on their property rights for the purpose of protecting nature and landscape. Given the broad scope of the topic, only the most important specifics are mentioned. The thesis also outlines how legal regulations could be improved in certain cases. Usage of local green environment in teaching of science at primary school

This paper titled: "Usage of local green environment in teaching nature science for 1st-4th grade at elementary schools" focuses on the local environment and its surroundings. It deals with the practical use of local regional knowledge when teaching nature science at elementary school (1st-4th grade). In the theoretical part, I look at green vegetation division and the role of nature science as a subject at elementary school. In the research part, I analyse whether there are enough ways for recognising timber species, and evaluate children's awareness of timber species. In the practical part, I highlight how I intergrate theoretical findings in teaching with practical applications in the classroom and expand on this further through the use of walks as work methods in nature science. This pedagogical approach develops students' relationship with their village and its close and distant surroundings.

Taxation of individuals providing agricultural activity - analisis of the tax records and accountancy

The aim of this essay is to compare principles of the tax records and accountancy. Pursuant to obtained evidences choose the right form of accounting. Tax bases from the tax records which contain specifics of agricultur mainly livestock are used for this essay. The main topic was accounting of animals and transition from the tax records. Practical part of this essay is about problem of transition to accountancy, livestock accounting and calculation of income tax. The tax effect by comparison with tax reporting by percentage of income is evaluated on basis of statements of tax records. Pursuant to this analysis was confirmed profitability of costs reporting by percentage of income.
