Povědomí mladých lidí o náboženských sektách a hnutí v ČR

The aim of the study is to characterize the current religious scene in the Czech Republic with emphasis on new religious movements and sects and to find out how are young people aware of and what vision they have about it. The first part of the study will focuse on the characteristics of the development of religiosity in the Czech Republic, contextuslized of the development of religion in the Western world (secularization, alternative religiosity, etc.). Particular attention will be paid to the origin and operation of new religious movements and sects in the Czech Republic. The second research part of the study aims to find out through quantitative research what young people think about religious movements and sects, specifically high school students. The author will be interested in what their knowledge is in this area and what their visions and opinions are related to sects and new religious movements.
The Nurse Casuistry At a Drug Addicted Client

The bachelor work target entitled "The Nurse Casuistry At a Drug Addicted Client" is to introduce readers both the drug addiction problem and the difficulties which have to be battled in the addiction therapy as well as in their personal lives by the concerning people. The reason why the pursuit has been written in the casuistry form with the clinical introduction to the problem is a better description of all the complicated situation the addicted people inhere in. The clinical part in the first segment has been focused on addictive drugs in themselves. The second one describes the particular reliance as well as it outlines the possibilities of the therapy offered to such users afflicted in this way who have decided to change their present live styles. The last but not least, the prevention has been pursuited in the clinical part - the primary prevention all above because it involves the widest population spectrum and its purpose is the smallest number of addicted people, mainly children. The level of knowledge of health worker in selected performances on the post-operative cardiac intensive care

The aim of this thesis is to describe the use of Swan-Ganz catheter, epidural catheters and temporary pacemakers in intensive care. Another objective is to investigate the level of knowledge and their subjective evaluation of health workers operating in the post-operative cardiac surgery in nursing care of patients with implantable Swan - Ganz catheter, the epidural catheter and temporary pacemaker. The selected nursing interventions are crucial in the field of cardiac surgery. In the theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts to selected performances from a nursing perspective. In theory I connected the few literary sources with knowledge from my own experience. In the practical skills required are concretized and processed on a quantitative approach using statistical procedures. To obtain the data questionnaire technique was used. The level of knowledge of respondents postoperative cardiac surgery department responsible level sufficient knowledge or very good. Importance of Supervision of Health Workers on Intensive Care Units

This thesis discusses the theme: "The importance of supervision of health workers on intensive care units". This work is divided into two section, with it's main purpose to focus on recapping the theories of supervision, it's history and up to date concept of clinical supervision in the Czech republic and Great Britain. It attempts to incorporate the advantages for the workers on intensive care units. Some negative aspects which may effect the workers, such as burn out syndrom, are also discussed. The second section covers the research component. Authoress decided on a quantitative approach to data collection, using a predetermined list of questions. These questionnaires were given to a group of health workers from Great Britain, specifically from Queen Alexandra hospital in Porthmouth, England. The selected intensive care unit provides a service primaly for adults with some unit provision for children. The rationale for using a unit based in Great Britain was to gain new experience from another country, where the process of clinical supervision has been successfully applied in clinical practise. The Framework for Nursing Time the Dialysis Department

The health care systems gains to nurses more difficult and responsible tasks. This paper brings the view to activities for a nurse in hemodialysis department by the time image of the day. To clarify the circumstances of the work, describes the requirements for nurse staffing, space and technical equipment of hemodialysis centers, foundation and principles of hemodialysis treatment, hemodialysis management procedures, along with the management of medici records. Intention of creating a time frame of implementation is to describe the hemodialysis procedures, related activities and to analyze the organization of nursing work in real time and real enviroment. The analysis is to capture reserves in organizing the works of nurses, time lossand the reason of time constraints occurence. Part of the final evaluation is the proposal on alternative measures to improve work organization. Nurses in the performance of specified tasks work efficiently, the order in which tasks are executed, is sorted in time sequence and graded according to their priorities. Changing systems of care could provide a more even work and time load of nurses than the previous systém of work organization. Consumption of time for each of the nurse would be in the performance of specified tasks and exercising the observed aktivity, more in balance.

The theoretical part describes the effect of nutrition on child development and the status of health education in the curriculum and the school with a focus on nutritional behavior. The practical part is focused on the description of the research investigation and by which is prepared to draft the project forming good nutritional habits.
Self-image of Women Undergoing Cosmetic Surgery

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the issue of higher psychosocial needs and particularly focuses on the need of self-conception. The aim of the thesis is to try to find out, why women undergo plastic aesthetic operations, what their motives are, what they are led by, mostly influence and attempt describe their character. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, basic aspects of human needs are generally characterized and the issue of higher psychosocial needs with respect of selfconception is specified. Next, the terms of aesthetics, beauty and the ideal of womanly beauty are dealt with. Psychotherapeutic approaches, as one of the potential ways how to solve one's dissatisfaction with oneself and, another potential way, aesthetic surgery were taken into account. For the practical part, the research method of a survey/questionnare was chosen. It comprises 66 interviewees staying in hospital at plastic surgery clinic at FNK.V in Prague and the private plastic surgery sanatorium in Kolin.
