Potential for Misuse of Products of Civil Pyrotechnics

This thesis analyses misuse potential of category 1, 2 and 3 firework´s products. An algorithm for selection of pyrotechnic products with the biggest potential of misuse was created and experimetally tested on common firework products. An experiment replicating the Boston incident was also conducted. And in this experiment was found out, that pyrotechnical compositions used in common firework products could have been used.

Subject of this diploma work is focused on human resources in heatlhcare systém in The Czcech Republic. It includes description of system's background which influences healthcare human resource management. Then the framework of healtcare workforce is described. After that individual aspects in healthcare human resource management are dealt. Following chapters enlarge healthcare human resource planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, safety and health security in healtcare, motivation and performance, compensation and education and develompment of healthcare labourforce.

Analysis of Personnel Management System in Healthcare Facilities with After-care and Long-term Care in the Czech Repubic

The dissertation analyzes the personnel management system in healthcare facilities with after-care and long-term care in the Czech Republic, focusing on the implementation of certain personnel activities. The main focus is on the characteristics of health facilities and the subsequent long-term care in the Czech Republic, staffing and elements that influence the work of personnel in such organizations. The individual personnel activities in healthcare facilities with after-care and long-term care in the Czech Republic are put into a structure. The thesis includes a qualitative research survey of the level of personnel management in healthcare facilities with after-care and long-term care in the Czech Republic established by both public and private sector, having different legal structures. The research survey focuses on learning about the form of personnel management in healthcare facilities with after-care and long-term care in the Czech Republic, it tracks personnel management as a complex system of partial personnel activities.

Corporate design of Maja Sport ski school

Title of study: Corporate design of Maja Sport ski school Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to design a new corporate design for the ski school Maja Sport with a proposal for its implementation. Partial aims to achieve main objective are analysis of corporate design of major competitors and analysis of the current state of corporate design ski school Maja Sport. Methods: To achieve the set goals have been used several methods. Analyses of corporate design are based primarily on methods of observation and analysis of documents. Creating a draft of new design is based on collective brainstorming and informal talks with the owner and manager of the ski school. Results: The thesis found significant weaknesses in the current corporate design ski schools Maja Sport. Compared with the competition, its design is highly fragmented and looks unprofessional. For this reason, the thesis designed completely new corporate design. The practical outcome of this work is a proposal for implementation and design manual with rules and examples of use of the proposed new company design. The aesthetic decoration of sanitary facilities

Artefacts of mass culture infiltrate with a lot of diverse ways into our everyday life, where they have different social, symbolic or aesthetic functions. The target of the bachelor thesis is to map the aesthetic decoration of sanitary facilities and to answer following questions: In which ways infiltrates mass culture into these areas and how are commodities transformed to the artefacts of mass culture? How is the taste of users reflected in the decoration of a particular sanitary facilities and how are primarily dominant meanings reshaped with subversive semiotic power of social actors? Which relation have inhabitants of households to the popular culture? Methodology of the thesis is based on the small terrain research (observation, questionnaires, interviews with respondents, photodocumentation of the aesthetic decoration of sanitary facilities). The tesis is based on the theories and concepts of John Fiske, Umberto Eco and Pierre Bourdieu.
