Beer proteome analysis by mass spectrometry
Müller, Lukáš ; Havliš,, Jan (referee) ; Zdráhal, Zbyněk (advisor)
The aim of presented diploma thesis was to characterize recent knowledge in the field of beer proteomics. The main part of this work was focused on modern instrumental methods of protein analysis, especially on protein identification by mass spectrometry. In experimental part proteins from selected beer samples were isolated, purified and separated by 2-D electrophoresis. The identification was performed by MALDI MS/MS and LC-MS/MS. Identified proteins were divided into 6 groups - serpines and protein Z, trypsine/-amylase inhibitors, yeast proteins, LTP protein, hordeins and other proteins. Proteomic analysis provided identification of proteins important for final analytical and sensory characteristics of the beer - for final beer quality and taste

The Impact of Theory of Optimal Currency Areas on Discursus of Political Parties ČSSD and ODS about the Entry to the Eurozone Between the Years 2010 - 2012
Müller, Lukáš ; Kasáková, Zuzana (advisor) ; Svoboda, Karel (referee)
1 Abstract This essay is about the theory of optimal currency areas (OCA) and its reflection in public discussion of two biggest political parties in Czech Republic - ODS and ČSSD, about Czech Republic entering the European Monetary Union (EMU). Although EMU hadn't met the criteria of OCA before the examined period, both parties entered the elections in May 2010 with more or less pro-european program despite decreasing support of eurozone in Czech public opinion. ČSSD, as well as ODS, only limitedly mentioned the OCA in their argumentation whereas they explained their attitude with other reasons. While ČSSD remained loyal to its pro European policy even after the election, ODS started diverting from their European agenda right after them. This process ended with their demand for referendum about the entry of Czech Republic to the Eurozone. Before the elections, Social Democrats were the ones to discuss this topic the most, but afterwards their rhetoric limited mostly to reactions to public statements and actions of ODS only.

Müller, Lukáš
In this bachelor thesis I present a one-storey family house planned on NOVATOP system. First part of thesis is a background research in wooden houses field. There is also precisely detailed design system from NOVATOP, based on massive panels fully described to give a full understanding of its quality and technical abilities. It gives a view on constructions composition, design details and thermal management of circumferential walls. Second part is composed of technical drawing of house, which has been made to fit building permission laws and gives full specification ready to be placed in administration processes.
Návrh a porovnání dřevostavby a původní zděné stavby rodinného domu
Müller, Lukáš
This diploma thesis proposes second variant of a family house with three housing units which was designed from sand-lime blocks in original project. For the new variant we have chosen the construction system of CLT panels from NOVATOP . Both variants are compared from various perspectives such as acoustic assessment and budget, which have been elaborated in the BUILDpower S software.
