Intergenerational sharing of the teaching profession in specific cases of one primary school
Richterová, Anežka ; Linková, Marie (advisor) ; Blažková, Veronika (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to describe the intergenerational sharing of the teaching profession on specific cases of two families, whose members have taught at the same school at some point in their career. It was necessary to describe the conditions and prerequisites for the teaching profession at the time, in which each member was entering the field. The method chosen for this thesis was a qualitative exploratory investigation, which allows a complex and deeper delving into the topic. Findings from semi-structured interviews were evaluated via shared and differing selected characteristics. The research shows that the teaching profession is shared in families in a consistent intergenerational manner. The parent does not strictly recommend the field, while the grandparent does, via a certain pride in continuing the family craft. Intergenerational sharing of the profession is based on several factors, such as familiarity with the environment, communication of the profession to the child and a form of sharing it amongst family members. Having a common field of work throughout a family is described to be positive and to, in some cases, strengthen relationships. The participants' initial experience in their profession differed in some ways, especially between generations. However, all members agreed on...

A transgender pupil in the environment of czech elementary school
Menšíková, Denisa ; Richterová, Magdalena (advisor) ; Linková, Marie (referee)
The issue of gender identity is rapidly pervading the school environment. It is important that teachers continue in their efforts to provide a safe and respectful environment for all students, including those who are dealing with their gender identity or identify as transgender. Teachers and other school staff need sufficient information and support to fulfil the principle of a safe and respectful environment. This raises many questions about the rights and needs not only of the transgender individuals themselves, but also of other pupils, their parents and teachers, as it is important to recognise that the situation related to the issue of transgender is very challenging for those around the pupil who identifies as such. Firstly, the thesis presents a theoretical framework in which it defines the basic concepts related to transgender issues, describes the development of gender identity in children and adolescents, explains the process of gender reassignment in the Czech Republic and shows the results of current research, which shows that the situation for transgender pupils and students is not yet favourable in the school environment. Secondly, the thesis analyses the selected documents in terms of their content in order to find out and, if necessary, to investigate whether there is currently any...

The topic of my bachelor thesis falls within the field of leisure time pedagogy. It explores not only the relationships between the members of Sušice children's choir but also their development over time. In the theoretical chapters I focus on leisure education, play, summer camps and the Sušice children's choir. In the practical part I deal with the preparation and implementation of a summer camp with emphasis on group dynamics. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to observe and describe the progress of relationships within the members of SDS during the summer camp. Group dynamics will be described with the consideration of newcomers and their inclusion into the existing group. Based on interviews and observations, it is concluded that the choice of activities contributed to the development of group's relationships. Due to the composition of the teams and the choice of activities, the newcomers were successfully integrated into the existing group.
