This thesis describes the development for mobile devices, with a focus on cross platform development. It introduces the most used tools for multiplatform development and their principles. It also deals with design and implementation of mobile application for iOS and Android operating systems. This application serves for management of time spent on various projects and tasks using graphs and statistics. It also provides tools for better management of team projects for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

This thesis describes design and implementation of web portal for providing lunch booking for company employees. Portal is intended to lunch provider as a tool for publishing the menu, management of company employees and restaurants. It provides overview of orders and total cost to provider. Employees can online booking lunches and show the history of orders. Portal is implemented using object oriented programming on three-tier architecture using tools like ASP.NET Framework, MS SQL Server and AJAX Control Toolkit.

The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the negotiations tactics, methods and strategies, the relationship with the suppliers and is the base for the practical part. The aim of my thesis is testing of selected negotiation tactics and methods on selected tenders in purchasing department in Škoda Auto a.s. The result is discovering the optimal strategy for specific price negotiations and introduction of their pros and cons. The second aim of my thesis is optimization of purchasing process and recommendation of suggestions for improvement.

This thesis is deals with economic analysis of join-stock company Plzeňský Prazdroj. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part presents the mothodology used devices. In the second part of the economic analysis is prepared Plzeňský Prazdroj the period 2004 - 2008 on the basic of methodological apparatus in the first part. The aim of this thesis is a description of the current situation of the company and its future development.
