Gothic Art in Bohemia and its mediation to pupils of primary school.

The diploma thesis deals with Gothic art in Bohemia. The work is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical part, contains a brief introduction, which includes basic information about the Gothic style, followed by exploration of the architecture of Monastery of St. Agnes, which is considered one of the first early Gothic buildings in Bohemia. Subsequently, architectural elements from the High Gothic period, specifically gargoyles and mascarons on the Cathedral of St. Vitus, Wenceslas and Adalbert in Prague, are examined. Lastly, the theoretical part includes a presentation of the works of Master Theodorik, as a representative of painting of this period. The didactic part describes an educational project for pupils of the 7th grade of primary school. This project builds upon the various types of Gothic visual arts - architecture, sculpture, painting. The thematic unit begins with a visit to the Monastery of St. Agnes of Bohemia. In the first art task, students create the facade of an urban Gothic house. During the second task, students focus on medieval fantasy creatures and their modeling in clay. Dream in Czech art of the first half of the 20th century and the dream theme in art education

The main aim of this thesis is concerned with dream as an inspirational source and as specific state of mind. Theoretical part describes dream from psychological point of view but also dream ramifications on the art in the first half of the 20th century. The thesis describes not only an introduction of surrealism as a new art style in French and Czech countries, but also birth of new art techniques. The work also maps dream reports of Jindřich Štyrský and their depictions as an author's primary source of imagination. Didactic part includes a survey aimed at sixth grader's dreams and didactic project consists of four painting tasks. Each task thematically follows specific parts of theoretical chapter. The Church of Saint Gall in Štolmíř

The Saint Gall's church in Štolmíř is part of important baroque constructions in the county of Česky Brod. This bachelor thesis covers its history since 1710, when the construction began, till the present. The thesis maps the development in its historical and engineering perspective. It analyses, in high detail, an inventory and a near vicinity of the church. Especially, it pays attention to surviving construction plans from the year 1709 and an unsigned drawing of the plane cut through church from František Antonín Grimm's collections.
