Street Art and its Application in Art Education at Primary School

The diploma thesis "Street art in art education at primary school" deals with the global phenomenon of contemporary art culture, which street art undoubtedly is. The thesis traces the history of this specific art, its origin and development and highlights its diverse forms. Attention is also paid to selected world representatives of this phenomenon. The thesis also deals with the didactic platform within which street art can be used as a valuable source of inspiration for art education at the primary school. In the project part, a set of lessons with the given theme is further implemented, verifying its art-educational potential for art education practice.
Application of new knowledge in biology teaching: cloning and stem cells

This thesis focuses on teaching the latest scientifical knowledge in high school biology. It develops the new concept of cloning and stem cells and their teaching according to the general educational programme of "Gymnazias". The concept results from the three-stage teaching model and cooperative learning. It contains different types of learning tasks to support development of key competencies and the recommended methodologies as forms of teaching. The proposed concept was recently evaluated at two Prague high schools. Part of the thesis is an analysis of international and Czech websites which offer educational resources to teach biology. Suburbanisation and Regional Development according to the Theory of Sustainable Development

Diploma thesis "Suburbanization and Regional Development according to the Theory of Sustainable Development" deals with the processes of suburbanization, with a focus on its negative impacts, e.g. urban sprawl, and the influence of these processes concerning regional development and sustainable development. The problems of suburbanization and the associated public policy are analyzed on two basic levels: 1. Analysis of the policy (especially regional policy, policy of urban planning) on particular levels of governance with analysis of key documents (strategic political documents, both national and supranational); 2. Analysis of the regional development of the Central Bohemia (with cases studies of Vysoký Újezd and Horoměřice) influenced by the suburbanization process in surrounding Prague (analysis of indices of regional development that are closely connected with suburbanization, such as migration, construction, property price development and also other socio-economic indices). The result of the thesis is a model analysis that creates the framework for the evaluation of suburbanization concerning regional development. Disposition mortis causa

v anglickém jazyce The theme of this thesis is the disposition mortis causa which is part of the inheritance law. Inheritance law is a very important part of the legal order, without which the transfer of testator's rights and obligations from a testators to their legal successor and it consequently it would not be achieved the preservation of values that the deceased had accumulated over a lifetime. The thesis consists of eight parts. The first part outlines the general concept of the right of inheritance and disposition mortis causa. In fact, there is described what the whole thesis deals with. The second part deals with testaments. It is the most common form of dispositions mortis causa, though not the strongest. The thesis includes a detailed description of all forms of testaments and its contents. This section also contains information relating to the testamentary clause on legacy. In the third part the strongest disposition mortis causa, inheritance contract is adapted. Inheritance contract is not new to our legal system; it was already included in the General Civil Code of 1811. The fourth section describes the issue of the legacy. Intestate Succession Inheritance law is a very important part of civil law, because it ensures transfer of rights and obligations of the deceased to his successors and to preserve the values for future generations. Our inheritance law is characterized by its essential feature is the influence of the state in probate proceedings through the judicial commissioner (notary). This thesis focuses on the regulation of intestate succession in our legal system and in particular to the regulation contained in the Civil Code, 40/1964 Sb. and regulation in the new Civil Code, 89/2012 Sb. I'm trying to refer the changes that with the new Civil Code in our law occur and the possible positive or negative consequences of these changes. My work consists of four main parts, which are further divided. In the first part of my work I try to show to preconditions that are needed to make the inheritance ever happen. These preconditions are the death of a natural person, the existence of heritage, capacity of heir or legal reason inheritance (inheritance titles) and finally rejection heritage. Individual preconditions are divided into chapters and there is every precondition described in more detail. Nursing Care of the Patient with a Dg. Diverticulitis

Téma své bakalářské práce Ošetřovatelská péče o pacientku s divertikulitidou jsem si vybrala proto, jelikož mi je toto téma nejbližší, vzhledem k oddělení ARO, na kterém pracuji. Nejčastější skupinu pacientů zde tvoří právě pacienti po operaci střeva. Divertikulitida ovšem není z těch onemocnění, které by se na našem oddělení vyskytovalo často, a proto jsem měla zájem, dozvědět se o tomto onemocnění nové informace. V této práci se budu snažit uvést nové poznatky do praxe a pomoci tím pacientce zjednodušit a zpříjemnit její pobyt v nemocnici a zařadit se znovu do života jako před operací. Mým cílem bylo zpracování případové studie u pacientky S.S., která byla hospitalizována na oddělení ARO po operaci střeva pro komplikace divertikulárního onemocnění tlustého střeva. Bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělila na tři hlavní části - klinickou, praktickou a ošetřovatelskou. V klinické části popisuji anatomii, fyziologii, patologii a patofyziologii tlustého střeva. Věnuji se podrobně tlustému střevu, postiženému divertikulárním onemocněním. Jeho výskytem, etiologií, patogenezí, klinickým obrazem, komplikacemi, vyšetřením, léčbou a prognózou.
