This diploma thesis deals with the development of payments instruments, contactless technologies and instruments of contactless payments. This thesis describes intentions of card associations VISA and MasterCard in area contactless payments. It also contains a questionnaire survey, on the basis of which was carried out an evaluation and comparison with intentions associations. At the same was recommend of development for a provider of services in the area.

The goal is to bring a comprehensive overview of the situation of these companies in the IT sector. The work will be carried out general analysis of the evolution of marketing companies Google, Apple and Mircosoft. At the same time there will be a preview provided by the companies in economic development, which will be analyzed by means of electronic information resources. In the chapter entitled as A survey of this work are presented results of a survey in the chosen target group, which assesses the form of a questionnaire the following parameters such as: company logo, products, services, etc. The end of this work will be dedicated to supporting non-profit projects and companies mentioned above.

The thesis is analyzing potential of the Internet as the marketing instrument. This thesis is trying to show segments of active users of the Internet and the rising tendency of their number. Further in thesis actual instruments of the Internet marketing are analyzed and on the base of research of well-known marketing specialist L. Chase trends are deduced. These trends should be relevant in the Internet marketing very soon. At the end of the thesis is acquired knowledge applied on the Internet activities of the EUROLINES Česká republika, spol. s r.o.

The bachelor thesis discusses issue of exchange offices in the centre of Prague. The writer defines types of companies as well as types of their customers. Upon examples of several exchange offices analyze their marketing behaviour in the past, present and possible future. Analyse strategies of companies in gain of clients and product promotion. The writer also refers to some unfair practices of exchange offices and possible solution even in the change of legislature.

Subject of this thesis is "Process of recognition and aquirement of a foreign market for Habla CZ, s. r. o. comapny". The aim is to criticize the feasibility of entering a slovakian market, which was preliminary chosen as prospective. The description of each step of a foreign market recognition and aquirement occupies the theoreticaly-metodological part of the thesis. Practical part adresses application of the theoretical steps in real case of Habla CZ company. The thesis includes prospective market analysis from both the macro environment and micro environment point of view. Form and strategy of entering the market is then chosen according to the results of the market analysis, appropriate usable marketing mix is composed. The feasability of supposed opportunity of entering the foreign market is qualified in the end and strategy and mothod of communication with bussines partners is suggested.
