Employment of former fighters on the labor market

Title: Employment of former fighters on the labor market Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to research the employment of former professional fighters instance disciplines onthe labor market and to create recommendations for their employment on the labor market after the end of their sports career. Methods: Primary data collection was needed to fulfill the main objective of the thesis. The research used a quantitative method, specifically a questionnaire survey. An electronic questionnaire, which was distributed among former professional fighters, then provided the obtained data necessary for the subsequent interpretation of the results. In addition, the obtainedresults were enrichedwith a qualitative method,inthe framework of which structured interviews were also conducted with former professional fighters. Results: Employees from the ranks of former fighters are a specific group of employees who often enter the labor market with insufficient experience. The obtained results show that ex-wrestlers are competitive on the labor market compared to other employees due to the distinctive and specific personality traits and competencies acquired within the sports career. Sport activities as a part of benefits for employees

Title: Sports activities as one part of employees benefits Objectives: The target of my bachelor study is to explore an approach of employees of one not specified governmental organization to employees benefits and to their interest in sports activities as one part of employees benefits. Methods: To achieve the main target of the bachelors study it was necessary to collect primary data.The research has used a quantitative method, namely the questionnaire investigation. The electronic questionnaire sent to the employees of one not specified governmental organization has then become a source of necessary data for following results interpretation. Results: Employees benefits are an integral part of non-financial rewards of employees. At the same time the benefits represent an important tool for employers to increase their competitiveness on a labour market. Achieved results present that the benefits from sports sphere are also appreciated. But, the employers must in both cases adapt an offer of possible benefits to employees preferences and wishes, as well as to recent trends as much as possible.
