Options of education to a stable partnership and marriage at primary schools
Kašparová, Monika ; Šulová, Lenka (advisor) ; Kolářová, Lucie (referee)
Bachelor thesis contains theoretical part and a research design. At the beginning the thesis focuses on current situation in the stability of partnerships in the Czech Republic. It also describes skills, knowledge and attitudes that usually influence the stability of partnerships and marriages. The thesis also deals with the question where and how to gain these skills, knowledge and attitudes. It briefly mentions the influence of a family and in detail focuses on elementary school, its functions and possible actions in this area. Especially discusses the forms, methods and conditions for effective education to stable partnerships and marriages. Presented research design is created as a longitudinal study. Research participants are divided into a control group and a treatment group. Pupils in the research group participate in a long- term program for gaining skills, knowledge and attitudes that could support stability of the individuals' partnerships in the future. The control group does not participate in this program. After 10, 20 and 30 years, the research participants are tested. We find out if the relationships of students who have gone through the program are more stable than relationships of the students in control group.
Bulliyng - impact on personality of offender
Jilemnická, Emilie ; Čáp, David (advisor) ; Kolářová, Lucie (referee)
This bachelor's thesis is focused on the bulling and its possible impact on the personality of the offender. The first part deals with the bullying in general, it contains the definition, the conditions, which cause the bullying, and its different forms. The second part deals with the problem of aggression, its etiology and different types. It focuses on the possible influence of nature versus nurture. The main part deals with the personality of the offender. It contains different typologies of offenders and it describes possible changes in the personality. The impact is described as psychological, social and behavioral change. Final part is a proposal of a qualitative research project. Its aim is to explore possible changes in cognition by the offenders. It is focused on the perception of bullying from the offender's perspective compared to the perspective of people who didn't participace in the bullying or were "just" in the role of bystanders.
Provedení vybraných činností vykonávaných v rámci revize katastru nemovitostí
KOLÁŘOVÁ, Lucie
This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of revisions of real estate cadastre data. The beginning of the work is devoted to a brief summary of land records, from historical to contemporary. Furthermore, the work addresses the revision of real estate cadastre data in the area of Ratibořské Hory. The attention of the diploma thesis is paid mainly to the finding of inconsistencies in the geometric determination of bui-ldings. At the end of the work is a statistical evaluation of the data.
Modulation of interactions of cytokines and their receptors
Kolářová, Lucie ; Schneider, Bohdan (advisor) ; Rozbeský, Daniel (referee) ; Osička, Radim (referee)
Protein-protein interactions and interactions with other molecules including DNA and RNA, play an important role in a range of biological activities and processes in all living cells. Understanding of protein-protein interactions, new approaches, and tools for their modulations are valuable for medicine, biotechnology, and drug development. We used the interleukin-10 family of cytokines as a model system for our research of biological interactions and modulation of their functions. A key prerequisite to study biological processes and a detailed understanding of biomolecular interactions is a recombinant protein that is stable under a broad range of conditions. Recombinant protein expression in sufficient yield and quality is often a challenging task. Therefore, we aimed at developing new approaches in protein design and production. In the first part of our study, we modified IL-24, a member of the IL-10 family to increase its expression and stability. We demonstrated that protein engineering is a powerful tool in research of difficult protein targets. In the second part of our study, we adopted new approaches in designing new protein scaffolds suitable for use in the ribosome and yeast display techniques. Protein scaffolds have become promising alternatives to antibodies in protein drug...
Invasive water invertebrates in Czech Republic
Kolářová, Lucie ; Tátosová, Jolana (advisor) ; Dočkalová, Kateřina (referee)
An introduction of invasive species is considered to be one of the most actual problems of these days and is also related with water environment and water invertebrates. Occurences of many non-native species has been recorded in waters of the Czech Republic and these species can be divided into two groups. Species of the first group are invasive alien species - their ecological patterns (e.g. high growing rates, high reproductive capacity or ability to transfer exotic diseases) make their spreading more successful. North-American crayfish species (Orconectes limosus and Pacifastacus leniusculus), Dreissena polymorpha or Dikerogammarus villosus are the typical representatives of this group. The spreading of these species is very remarkable, since their introduction causes many harmful effects and has negative impacts on native fauna. However, the appearance of other group of water invertebrates has been found in our waters. These are also non-indigenous species, but their spreading is very inconspicuous - they do not reach high population densities and their invasion does not cause negative impacts on native fauna and ecosystems. The evidence of these harmless invasive species has been recorded thanks to the monitoring programs and we possibly wouldn't know about them without this monitoring. The...
What is the key factor driving the expansion of invasive bentic invertebrates in the czech rivers?
Kolářová, Lucie ; Tátosová, Jolana (advisor) ; Sacherová, Veronika (referee)
The main part of the thesis discusses the occurrence and spreading of non - indigenous species of bentic freshwater invertebrates in the Labe River and it is based on long - term physical, chemical and biological data provided by Povodí Labe, state enterprise. Our results show a decrease in the concentration of nutrients at monitored stretch of the Labe River during the time period between years 2000 and 2011. The relative richness of non - indigenous species in benthic communities was analysed by TCI (Taxonomical Contamination Index), while their relative abundance was analysed by ACI (Abundance Contamination Index). Values of those two indexes increased during the time period between years 1998 and 2012. A detailed analysis is focused on four species - Dikerogammarus villosus, Corbicula fluminea, Jaera istri and Corophium curvispinum. The highest ACI value, as well as the total abundance of D. villosus, C, fluminea and J. istri, has been found at the Velké Březno site. Different values of TCI and ACI indexes and different abundances of specific invasive species can be caused by diverse environmental conditions characterising the studied sites. Significant differences between physical - chemical parameters measured at specific sites has been shown by the Kruskal - Wallis test (α = 0, 05). Only the...
Historické změny land use ve vybraném území
KOLÁŘOVÁ, Lucie
This thesis deals with the historical changes in the selected area. It is a cadastral area called Vilice. This thesis consists of a research of literature and a practical part. The literary research describes and explains these concepts: landscape and historical development, land use development in the Czech Republic and historical milestones of land use change in the Czech Republic. The practical part deals with a field survey, mapping, a reconstruction and a creation of digital maps in the selected area. It also contains a description of each land use change and their aggregate assessment.
The specifics of nursing care of patients with multiple sclerosis
KOLÁŘOVÁ, Lucie
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of multiple sclerosis. It is a demyelinating disease affecting the central nervous system by inflammatory bearings. The onset of this disease is usually between the years 20 to 40 of age. As a consequence of it patients become disabled. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the current status of this problematics. In individual chapters of this bachelor thesis it has been dealts with anatomy and physiology of the nervous system, characteristics, diagnostics, and therapy of multiple sclerosis, and nursing care for patients suffeof it. A qualitative research was used in the practical part. The method of interviewing and technique of semi-structured interview were used to collect the data. The research group consisted of nurses from the Neurology Department and respondents having MS. The first objective of bachelor thesis was to find out the specifics of nursing care for patients having MS. The second objective was to map patients' needs depending on the degree of disability of MS. All the research questions were answered by the executed research survey. This bachelor thesis can serve as a feedback for nurses caring for patients having MS. It can be used as well as a study material for students of nursing, or as an informational material for patients having MS and their families.
