German Anti-Vatican Policy and its reflection in the reports of the Czechoslovak embassy at the Holy See

This bachelor's thesis deals relationships between The Holy See and Germany in years 1933- 1939. The reaction of the Holy See to the rise of Nazism to power in Germany and what were the Nazis' attitudes towards the Catholic Church. Further, the work deals with diplomatic relations between of the two countries, where this thesis will be mainly devoted to the signing of the concordat. In conclusion, this thesis will focus on changing the attitude of the Holy See to Germany and how the Nazis welcomed the election of the new Pope Pius XII. Thesis will be written from the point of view of the political reports of the Czechoslovak Embassy at the Holy See and how the relations of these countries were described in them. Thesis will be primarily based on the archive of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic in Prague and extensive literature. Development of reading skills by motivational activities - using tablets

This dissertation focuses on development of reading skills in teaching Czech language on the first grade of elementary schools with application of motivation effect of modern technologies. The thesis focuses mainly on usage of tablets as the latest technology, which currently begins to be used in classes of the elementary schools. In the theoretical part, I apply terms such as reading skill, reading literacy, motivation, and motivate activities. I present methods for teaching reading and describe individual modern technologies that are used in teaching. The goal of this dissertation is to show by what manners may be the tablets applied in the teaching. One section of the practical part is a collection of applications that can be used for development of reading skills. Furthermore, I introduce how the work looks in a class with the tablets by description of sample lessons and I compare it with the work which does not use the modern technologies. Development of the technologies enables improving identification of surface objects by remote sensing methods. This thesis deal with classification of tree species and their spectral signatures. As an input data are used airborne laser scanned data, hyperspectral images with 72 bands and manually collected data about tree species. For classification there is used maximum likelihood method. Main results of this work are graphs representing spectral characteristics of tree species and raster classified by tree species.
