Název diplomové práce: KATEGORIÁLNÍ PASTORACE PRO POLITIKY Autor: Jan KASAL 2010 RESUMÉ Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl odpovědět na dvě základní otázky: 1) Jsou křesťané působící v politice a ve veřejných funkcích specifickou kategorií Božího lidu, pro kterou by bylo užitečné vytvořit nějaký speciální typ kategoriální pastorace? 2) V případě, že by této skupině křesťanů byla kategoriální pastorace k užitku, jaké pastorační strategie by měly být použity? Odpověď na první otázku lze nalézt v úvodních kapitolách práce. Na několika vybraných historických úsecích je dokumentováno, jak se církev jako instituce postupně emancipovala od mocenských státních struktur (byť leckdy tomu bylo i naopak). Dále je popsána a zdokumentována dlouhá cesta zvyšování nároků na laiky se zdůrazněním jejich nyní už nezastupitelného místa nositelů a hlasatelů sociálního učení církve. Řada oficiálních církevních dokumentů 19., 20. i tohoto století úlohu laiků jako světských představitelů křesťanského učení nejen popisují, ale současně všechny, kteří se odhodlali na cestu politiky vstoupit, tyto dokumenty povzbuzují a dávají jim někdy rámcové, jindy konkrétnější mantinely a obrysy pro jejich veřejné působení. Topic of the thesis: Military Pentathlon Sports Training in swimming with obstacles and its specification. The aim of the thesis: The aim of this thesis is to describe components of Military Pentathlon Training in swimming and to explain what is necessary to comprehend before starting it. The obstacle course is described, decisive determinants for performance in this sports discipline are explained and an ideal somatotype is defined. Methods: Study overview. Results of the thesis: The result of this thesis is the explanation of Military Pentathlon Training in swimming and description of its components. Further on it elaborately describes an athlete's physical activity while overcoming obstacles on the obstacle course and description of determinants affecting his performance. Migration, Work Migration and Related Problems of Ethics

SYNOPSIS Author's surname and name: KASAL, Jan Thesis title: Migration, work migration and coherent ethics problems The thesis brings information regarding current situation of migration and work migration in the Czech republic. A more detailed effort is dedicated to limitation of illegal migration either via EU guidelines application or Assistance Centers aid. The thesis sums up and puts in line latest data that are at disposal at the Czech Bureau of Statistics, Ministry of Inferior, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and tries to define common questions (problems) related with migration and implies some possible solutions. It calls attention to some ethic problems (brain drain, illegal migration, migrants exploitation). It describes current official position of the Czech republic concerning problems with migration. Systematization of orchestral excerpts

The main aim of the final thesis "Systematization of orchestral excerpts for percussion instruments" is to help percussionists to be more effective in their excerpts preparation process for their orchestral interpretation and also to help them succeed both at the domestic and at the foreign orchestra auditions.
Firstly the thesis analyses the audition process, requirements for the musician and a ranking list of the most required musical excerpts. Secondly it shows a detailed analysis of typical excerpts. The analysis is classified according to particular instruments, highlights the most difficult places in the excerpt and gives explanations how the musicians should manage their preparation process.
The thesis also includes the most important excerpts for percussion instruments besides the samples of audition invitations.Therefore it is becoming a small specific anthology for students of art schools and for those who are in the preparation process for an audition.

Vibraphone

Particular chapters summarize dividing of idiofons. I wrote about a history
of vibraphone, its very beginnings and I continued with the description of
vibraphone as a musical instrument. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to find
manufacturers of vibraphones all over the world, to list various ways of playing
the instruments, types of drumstick and ways how to hold and use them. I tried
to make a list of the most important and famous vibraphone performers from the
very past until the present, both of the Czech Republic and abroad.
The last chapter describes vibraphone compositions of various pieces of
music. I got a lot of useful information from my melodic instrument lectorers,
especially from vibraphone specialists, performers and students while working on
my thesis. Hopefully vibraphone and other drum instruments which are not
generally known and respected in the Czech Republic soon will be appreciated as
in other countries.
