The person of Elijah in tanakh and jewish tradition
Jirounková, Karolína ; Beneš, Jiří (advisor) ; Damohorská, Pavla (referee)
The theme of my thesis are deeds of the prophet Elijah happening during his life as well as in the afterlife. My standpoint uses both Jewish and Christian paradigms, seeks connections between them and links one to the other. The books of kings are a major source and I focused on comprehensive understanding of their texts. I have translated used biblical texts and biblical interpretations into Czech where possible for easier understanding. Some more complex themes have also their original texts or sources I worked with embedded.
Substantiation of electronic evidence
Jirounková, Kristýna ; Gřivna, Tomáš (advisor) ; Mulák, Jiří (referee)
Substantiation of Electronic Evidence Abstract The author focuses on the possibility of "misuse" of data as electronic evidence in the thesis. She describes specifics of electronic evidence and she points out that current technologies are so advanced that they are able to track and map the lives of individuals. The author simulates the investigation of the crime of murder, based on the idea, that thanks to the daily stored data on digital activity of persons in conjunction with GPS data, the physical activity of persons can be proven. She seeks to investigate this crime regardless of the regulation of fundamental human rights and freedoms only by electronic evidence. Eventually she assesses the procedure in the light of legislation. Finally, the author deals with the issue of confidentiality obligations of attorneys at law in connection with the use of electronic devices for the performance of their activities and she points out specifics of search of premises, where attorneys at law perform advocacy. Granular Dynamics of the Mixing Processes for Different RPM Using DEM
Jirounková, K. ; Havlica, Jaromír ; Kohout, M.
This paper emphasizes on the computer simulations of the granular materials via Discrete Element Method (DEM) by using open-source software LIGGGHTS. The examined process was mixing of two granular materials distinct by colour. The different initial conditions have led to finding the best way of homogenization, but it also shows the new perspective of noticing the process as a system of inseparable processes linked to each other.

Mathematical Modeling of the Movement of the Solid Phase using Software LIGGGHTS
Jirounková, K. ; Havlica, Jaromír ; Kohout, M.
The main aim of this work was using the open-source software LIGGGHTS for desribing the solid phase behaviour. This software package is based on the discrete element method (DEM), where every particle consists of an asseblies of spheric particles. Each of these particles is linked to the others and their move is characterised by their ceter of gravity. There were described the basic examples by using softwarepackage LIGGGHTS; such as creating the granular layer and its mixing by using different types of the stirrer.
