The bachelor thesis deals with the use of Brno-Turany Airport for the development of urban tourism. Part of the work is the analysis of Brno-Turany Airport from which a strategy for its development is proposed. The aim of this work is based on the implemented strategy to create projects for airport that will contribute to the development of tourism in Brno. To achieve the goal will be used secondary data from the airport, data from the Czech Statistical Office, date from the portal CzechTourism and also an interview with an expert from Brno airport will be conducted.

The Master's Thesis deals with the problematic of rewarding of employees. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the background for the efficient functioning of the system of remuneration based on literature. Practical part confronts the theory with reality and experiences gained as an employee in Hay Group company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the system of remuneration in Czech Republic, appraise it and propose suitable suggestions for improvement of current system.

Analysis of The Road Safety Publicity Campaign

The bachelor thesis "Analysis of The Road Safety Publicity Campaign" examines publicity campaigns focused on all road traffic participants. The theoretical part deals with marketing and commercial communications campaigns, social marketing and marketing market research. The practical part of the thesis studies road safety in the EU and Czech Republic. The Impact of two recent anti-drink driving publicity campaigns is analyzed in detail. A questionnaire is used to analyze impact of the campaigns on road safety and specifically on general public attitudes towards drink-driving. Results are summarized in the third part of the thesis and author's conclusions and recommedations are offered.
