Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku odměňování zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou představena východiska pro efektivní fungování systému odměňování zpracovaná na základě odborné literatury. V praktické části jsou základní poznatky o odměňování konfrontovány s nabytými zkušenostmi z oblasti odměňování ve společnosti Hay Group. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat systém odměňování v České republice, zhodnotit jej a navrhnout vhodná opatření pro zlepšení stávajícího systému. The Master's Thesis deals with the problematic of rewarding of employees. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the background for the efficient functioning of the system of remuneration based on literature. Practical part confronts the theory with reality and experiences gained as an employee in Hay Group company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the system of remuneration in Czech Republic, appraise it and propose suitable suggestions for improvement of current system.
