The Use of Guerilla Marketing at the Election Campaign

This master´s thesis deals with application of guerrilla marketing at the election campaign. The first part contains the theoretical basis, which explain the marketing communication, current trends in marketing communications and define the concept of guerilla marketing, including establishment of this marketing trend. The practical part at first analyse a real election campaign, at the development and application I have participated. The campaign took place before the municipal elections in Humpolec in the autumn 2014. Then the work continues by a questionnaire survey, where I want to examine the knowledge of the term guerilla marketing to the general public, including opinion on a particular campaign, which took place in the city. In conclusion, I included proposals to improve the campaign for its next use.
The influence of irregular diet and exercise on the development of childhood obesity

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is childhood obesity, which is currently still a major challenge not only in Czech pediatrics. The work focuses mainly on the connection between childhood obesity and irregular eating and exercise regime of children of younger school age. The theoretical part focuses on the prevalence of childhood obesity, health risks associated with it, factors influencing the development of childhood obesity, and also on the possibilities related to both nutritional and exercise recommendations. Chapter 1.9 additionally deals with the epidemiological situation of Covid-19 related to the introduction of various regime measures, having an impact on the diet and exercise regime of children. The main goal of the practical part is to find out what are the eating and exercise habits of children of younger school age. Furthermore, to compare the role of the frequency of individual habits with the weight percentile of children and also to point out the risky behavior of children and parents in connection with weight gain in children and to recommend appropriate interventions. Creating inbound marketing strategy for start-up Stips.cz

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze and create an inbound marketing strategy for e-shop Stips.cz, which sells experience gifts. The theoretical part includes describing what inbound marketing is and the phases and rules of inbound marketing. In another part many tools of inbound marketing are covered. In the practical part a detailed analysis of visits to the website, competitors, SEO factors and inbound marketing tools is conducted. After the analysis the inbound marketing strategy is presented and the use of the most relevant inbound marketing tools for e-shop Stips.cz is described.

Franchising in fitness for women

The aim of my bachelor's thesis are analysing and comparing of two franchises in fitness for women in the Czech Republic. Common franchise terms, definitions of franchising and advantages, disadvantages for franchisee and usual methods - take place in business plans in the theoretical part. The application part contains the following analyses: analysis of competition, target market, marketing mix, SWOT analysis and a five year financial plan. In the application part, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and The Payback Period are being used. After the analysis of both franchises, final comparison after evaluation of investments is committed.
