Stimulating social relationships among preschool children through drama education

In my bachelor's thesis I will focus on the topic of social relations between preschool children in the context of drama education. Specifically, I will be examining the peer circle for the play of a few selected children. I am interested in whether the inclusion of a few drama lessons with social themes in preschool, will have an impact on the children and their peer circle. Whether the circle will expand, children will interact more with each other or whether the foundations for friendships will be established through drama education. The theoretical part focuses on the psychological development of the preschool child, specifically in the area of early relationships, both peer relationships for play and the establishment of first friendships. Furthermore, this part focuses on an introduction to drama education and introduces some of its techniques and methods. In the practical part, five drama lessons with social themes are introduced, implemented and reflected upon in a kindergarten class. Before the lessons, a research method of interview is used, where the respondents are children who are asked about their relationships with other children. Training-college in České Budějovice from the beginning of Czechoslovak Republic to 1946

This thesis aims is to describe teacher training colleges in České Budějovice between the years 1918 and 1946. The work is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and empirical part. The former describes the historical period as well as the history of education and teacher education. At that time there were four teacher training colleges focused on general education in České Budějovice: czech teacher training college, a german teacher training college, Teacher training college for Women by Congregation of the sisters of the Blessed Sacrament and Teacher training college for Women by Congregation of School Sisters de Notre Dame in the house called U Sv. Josefa. Each institution is presented, including the information about its establishment, location and system of education. There are no chronicles or reports preserved from the Teacher training college for Women by Congregation of School sisters de Notre Dame in the house called U. Sv. Josefa, therefore, there is not much information available. The empirical part of the thesis is concerned with the comparison of a typical school year at each institution. Additionally, it focuses on the school years 1918/1919 and 1938/1939, which are critical milestones for the history of Czechoslovakia. The numbers of male and female students are presented during the given period. All the data is summarized, compared and shown graphically.

Wedding: A Traditional Rite of Passage in the context of the 21st century

The thesis Wedding: A Traditional Rite of Passage in the context of the 21st century is focused on nuptials from the perspective of various social studies. Its practical part deals with current attitudes of young people towards nuptials and nuptial customs. The paper is divided into four main chapters. In the first chapter wedding is set in the context of the whole system of rituals in order to highlight its importance in human lives. Second chapter of the thesis deals with the history of the wedding ceremony. Particularly, the history of old Germanic tribes and Romans is described there as our current weddings are mainly inspired by them. Chapter three is focused on the demographic and legal points of view. For instance, we can learn about marriage rates, the age of the first wedding or about the formal requirements for a legal marriage. The practical part of the thesis can be found in the chapter four. The process and results of the research are presented there. Furthermore, the results are compared with other papers concerning the same issues.

Růstová a metabolická odezva okřehku menšího (Lemna minor L.) na polycyklický aromatický uhlovodík

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are ranked among the organic compounds with long-term permanence pollute the environment. The presence of PAHs react particularly aquatic plants. Duckweed (Lemna minor L.), water plant characterized in that it is exposed to foreign substances significant portion of his body, is a suitable model for the study of plant developmental and metabolic responses to the presence of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The aim of the thesis was to observe developmental and metabolic responses duckweed on the effect of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon fluoranthene. For 21 days were observed in four concentrations of fluoranthene, which accounted for commonly occurring (0.1 and 0.5 mg FLT / l) and slightly increased (1 and 5 mg FLT / L) concentrations of fluoranthene, metabolic and bioenergetic response. We were also observed growth and developmental changes and changes in the content of phytohormones. The study was focused on plant morphology. The results of this work, was evident that the presence of FLT has a significant impact on the appearance and production plants. It was also demonstrated a significant negative impact on the growth parameters. Fluoranthene demonstrated significant effects on the production of plant hormones.

Synthesis and oxidative coupling of 1,5-disubstituted tetrazoles

Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Inorganic and Organic Chemistry Candidate: Zuzana Rania Hrušková Supervisor: Prof. RNDr. Milan Pour, PhD Title of diploma thesis: Preparation and oxidative coupling of 1,5-disubstituted tetrazoles. Following the established protocol developed for the preparation of 1,5-disubstituted tetrazoles employing Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions with activated the C5-H bond we have been able to extend the existing library of tetrazoles. 1,5-Disubstituted tetrazoles were used as substrates for oxidative coupling reactions which would result to formation of tetrazolo[1,5-f]phenathridine core. However, all of the common methods we used for this reaction lead only to the traces of the desired product.

Kinegrams in the Contrastive Phraseology German - Czech

This bachelor thesis deals with kinegrams in German and Czech language. It is divided into two main parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The former defines the main terminology of phraseological discipline, typical features of phraseologisms and their classification. Additonally, the terms kinegram and confrontational phraseology are described. The practical part is concerned with assigning czech equivalents to the german kinegrams in contrastive phraseology. Consequently, the kinegrams are divided into five groups according to their equivalence. Some of the kinegrams are described in detail with help of contemporary german press.

Vliv fluoranthenu na růstové a vývojové procesy okřehku menšího (Lemna minor L.)

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are considered persistent organic pollutants because of the long persistence in the environment. The presence of PAHs significantly responds aquatic plant Lemna minor L. reduction of its growth, and thus represents a bioindicator of organic load of the aquatic environment. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the influence of fluoranthene on growth and developmental processes Lemna minor L. During the 21 days were observed at several concentrations of fluoranthene (0.1, 0.5, 1 and 5 mg / l) growth and viability of plants, morphological and anatomical changes and growth parameters. We also investigated the ability of plant production and changes in the content of phytohormones (cytokinins, ethylene, ABA). The results showed that fluoranthene had a significant effect on the appearance of plants and production of biomass, specific leaf area and leaf dry matter content. The production capabilities were no significant adverse effects. Due fluoranthene increased production of ethylene, and abscisic acid formation in plants duckweed. After 21 days of culture was observed in the plants treated with low concentrations of fluoranthene to synthesize iP, iPR and Z.
