Assessment of the impact of planning on land prices in selected locations in the district of Šumperk
Šrejma, Jan ; Hůlová, Martina (referee) ; Lorencová, Marie (advisor)
The aim of this master's thesis is is to assess the impact of land-use planning at the book va-lue and market value in two locations in the district Šumperk. In each of these locations is selected land appreciated in all grades of spatial planning as an agricultural land, land designa-ted for building spatial planning and in the final stage as building land. In each step are de-termined for each land price determined on the basis of valuation regulations and the market value. The analysis results are used to evaluate the difference in the prices of particular plots and to evaluate the effect of spatial planning on prices of stated localities.

Nanofibre membranes as drug carriers 7.
Hůlová, Martina ; Doležal, Pavel (advisor) ; Musilová, Marie (referee)
Thesis in the theoretical part provides a summary of basic information about the formation and properties of nanofibers and nanofibre membranes, briefly acquainted with natural and synthetic polymers suitable for the formation of nanofibers and gives an overview of the properties of the two drugs suitable for processing into nanofibers. The mean in vitro flux J of caffeine as a marker of sublingual membrane integrity is about 445 ± 30 [μg/cm2 .hod 1 ]. The mean amount of sumatriptan released within 5 minutes and 60 minutes from the nanofibr membranes tested in pH 7.4 phosphate buffer and in artificial salivary fluid was at about 75%, respectively. 80% of the total amount contained drugs. The analogous values of the newly studied substances API1 are of about only a half. The values of in vitro J fluxes API1 through sublingual membrane were obtained for the two different carrier nanofiber chitosan membranes and are 5.8 ± 0.3 [μg/cm2 .hod 1 ] and 6.8 ± 1.45 [μg/cm2 .hod 1 ] respectively.

Journey - Mountain to circumvention
Hůlová, Martina ; Kornatovský, Jiří (advisor) ; Hůla, Zdenek (referee)
This thesis presents my personal view of the art and the world around us. Primary issue is the understanding of life and art as a journey and an infinite search. Based on this perspective, the specific topics like art, forms and means of expression, symbolism, concept of a journey, time and work of different artists are being surveyed both generally and specifically. Through the survey of those topics, connections and coherences are being found. This thesis also consists of an analysis of my own art work (painting) and my didactic praxis together with a subject of didactics. The elements of contemplation penetrate the entire thesis.
