Experience with the institute of discharge from debts in the Czech and Central European legal system

English abstract The purpose of my thesis is to analyze the insolvency law in Central Europe, in particular the discharge from debts. The reason for my research of this area of law is that recently this issue became frequent because of economic depression. The thesis is composed of nine chapters, each chapter dealing with different aspects of discharge from debts. Chapter One illustrates the methodology of my thesis, especially the methodology of comparative law - the "comparatum" of this thesis is the Czech legal system and the "comparandum" is the Slovak, German and Austrian legal system. Chapter Two is introductory and defines basic issues regarding the discharge from debts. Chapter Three contains historical introduction to the insolvency law in Central Europe. Chapter Four is subdivided into two parts. Part One describes the modern beginnings of insolvency law in Czech and Slovak legal systems. Part Two deals with the beginnings of insolvency law in German and Austrian legal systems. Chapter Five describes the European regulation No. 1346/2000/EC. Chapter Six consists of twelve parts. 68 11 SUMMARY Political trials in the fifties of past centrury in Czechoslovakia Political trials in the fifties of past century are very dark chapter of a modern history of the Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic. Not following laws not event the elementary human rights is a sad result of Communist Ideology which in this period of time did not manage but even support such law breaking. Such law breaking and human rights breaching was recorded only three years from the end of World War II, the biggest conflict in modern history resulting into intentional killing of millions of people. From the international point of view, it is essential to say, that orientation to Soviet Union and its ideology was a result of sacrificing Czechoslovakia by Western Powers in favour of Hitler's Germany. Post-war orientation to east ideology was unfortunately a logic consequence of these fatal events. Applying of Soviet Ideology and Stalinist Methods into the Czechoslovakia was unnatural appearance, which has reshaped both nations for decades. Marketing and promotion of middle school

The most important task of this thesis is to assess the current state of promotion middle school, specifically Grammar School and Secondary School, Podborany or propose a new arrangement based on the survey. The first part will be devoted to promotion, marketing, their resources and capabilities ads. The second part will deal with the description of the school and analysis of the current state of the promotion of high school. The practical part of the survey. Questionnaires will focus on the pupils of the school and their opinion whether the institution at which they study well publicized and what you mostly students of this school thinks about the website. Based on the information will be evaluated by an advertising campaign designed schools and possibly even a new campaign.
