Conditions for applying of Long-term intention of education of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in the segment of preschool education in the Central Bohemian Region

This thesis focuses on the area of preschool education in the Central Region in connection with the application of the Long-term Plan on Education (DZ) of the Ministry and of the region. Special attention is paid to the context and development of the current problem, which is longer-term unmet demand for placement in kindergarten in some parts of the region. The aim of this paper is to describe the demographic and socioeconomic specifics of the investigated region and their development over the last decade as an environment for pre- school education. The theoretical part of this work presents a comparison of DZ of Ministry of Education from 2015 to 2020 with its corresponding draft document of the Central Bohemian Region (2016). It brings the discussion of selected chapters of the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Education and Training of the Central Region in the European pre-school education. It outlines the evaluation of success by DZ the Central Region in the past in the light of statistical data. The focal point of the research section consists of interpretations of statistical data on the number of received / missed children in preschool education over the past five years and their relation to the Long-term Plan for Education Ministry, respectively. Comparative analysis of teacher training systems

High-quality education requires high-quality teachers. Many countries including the Czech Republic struggle with consistent recruitment of good and motivated candidates to choose a career in education. Low percentage of new and young teachers intending to make teaching their lifelong career is also noticeable. This thesis will analyse and evaluate different teacher training approaches, specialist training routes in particular, with regard to their efficiency in acquisition of new applicants and maintenance of motivation throughout a lifelong career in education. This thesis will infer the efficiency of each teacher training system by a comparative analysis of teacher training systems in Finland and The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Management strategy and administration of education in the Czech Republic - The National Education Council

The aim of the thesis is to analyse and compare existing National Councils of Education in countries from Europe Union and OECD. The thesis also summarises knowledge about discuss and realization Councils in the Czech republic. It shows history of Administration and Management of Education in the Czech republic from early years after war to present with a focus on changes which happened after the Velvet Revolution in november 1989. Output of the thesis is a concept of possible National Council of Education in the Czech Republic which is based on performed analysis.

Didactic possibilities related to hypermedia environment in education

Cílem rigorózní práce je popsat vývojové trendy technických didaktických prostředků využívaných ve vzdělávání s důrazem na období po roce 1990, posoudit didaktické předpoklady hypermédií, resp. možnosti jejich aplikace ve výchovně vzdělávacím procesu. Práce se cíleně rovněž věnuje posouzení vlivu médií a mediálního prostředí na vzdělávání. Rigorózní práce sleduje vývoj technických didaktických prostředků od nejstaršího období až po informační a komunikační technologie, které představují klíčový didaktický prostředek ve vyučování pro 21. století a jsou potřebnou bází pro využití hypermédií ve vzdělávání. Proto je v práci také věnována pozornost aspektům zavádění informačních a komunikačních technologií do škol stejně jako psychologickým a pedagogickým aspektům vzdělávání v hypermediálním prostředí.
