The diploma thesis deals with the needs of viticulture ZD Němčičky, on the basis of which it is proposed to financing the production hall. The first, theoretical part, contains basic information about wine regions in the Czech Republic, valid legislation, possibilities of financing and basic financial indicators. It was used the literature search method. The second, analytical part, deals with the compare of wine sector in the Czech Republic, Europe and the world. In the third, practical part, is introduced the winery ZD Němčičky and is carried out an analysis of their needs with the calculation of costs. The last part deals with proposals for financing, which is the aim of the diploma thesis.

Realizace plánu péče - CHKO Kokořínsko

This thesis is dealing with the difficult problem of the management plan. Literature research describes important parts of the document, writing down of it and declaration that it is legally valid. Among other things, there is a mention of current state of the mentioned area and there is also a mention of familiarizing of natural monument due to care about biotops. Practical part contains an updated management plan for the selected area. The document is in accordance with the current legislation of the state. That includes evaulation of management, suggestion of a new interferences and their calculations. The management plan is updated for a time frame of ten years the estimated cost is 673.000,-. It is necessary to count with a possible interferences in the future, whitch was not possible to anticipate during the compilating of the plan. After consideration of all the pros and cons it seems to be apropriate to put the sources of Pšovka to the category nature reserve instead of nature monument, especially because of the importance of wetlands in association with Ramsar Convention as well as with occurence of significant European - kind tresses (Vertigo angustinor, Vertigo moulinsiana).

The Position of South Korea in Inbound Tourism of Asia and Pacific Region

This diploma thesis analyses the position of South Korea in inbound tourism of macro-region Asia and Pacific. The main purpose is to evaluate the current and future potential of South Korea's inbound tourism and to define the position of South Korea in inbound tourism of the region based on detailed statistical analysis and competitiveness evaluation of South Korea. Firstly, South Korea was analysed from the political and economical perspective and later on the thesis focused on preconditions of tourism and tourist regions folowed by statistical analysis of the inbound tourism indicators. Moreover, the tourist arrivals of Czech citizens to South Korea were analysed. The competitiveness of South Korea was evaluated based on GCI and TTCI indexes. Lastly, the future development of international arrivals to South Korea was predicted based on regression analysis.

Operational analysis of catering establishment in Greece

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compose an operational analysis of a catering establishment in Greece including characteristics of the business, comparism to its competitors and menu analysis. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part consists of general definitions of terms in catering industry. The second part focuses on providing with information about Greece, greek and cretan cuisine. The third chapter includes information about Crete and locality of the catering establishment together with competition analysis. The fourth part deals with business characteristic, menu analysis and SWOT analysis. The last chapter suggests possible improvements into the future.

Job satisfaction of labour force and work motivation

The present thesis deals with analysis of job satisfaction and work motivation. At the beginning, the basic underlying theoretical concepts concerning given subject are considered. Following chapters present the analysis of satisfaction and motivation of labour force at a selected company based on data collecting using questionnaire method. Finally the thesis suggests measures to improve job satisfaction, motivation and attitude of employees towards the company as a whole.

Srovnání systému investičních pobídek v ČR a v SR

Práce se zabývá analýzou systémů investičních pobídek v České a Slovenské republice. Věnuje se popisu legislativní úpravy a institucionálního zabezpečení investičních pobídek v obou republikách. Významnou částí práce je hledání společných rysů a specifických odlišností systémů investičních pobídek v České a Slovenské republice. Dále je v práci obsaženo srovnání účinnosti realizace systémové podpory přímých zahraničních investic pomocí investičních pobídek v obou zemích.
