Color correction of 3D model based on scene knowledge and light illumination
Dočkal, Michal ; Kopečný, Lukáš (referee) ; Chromý, Adam (advisor)
This thesis focus is on the design and verification of improvements for the RoScan robotic system texture module. RoScan is a robotic scanner for scanning and diagnosing the human body. In this thesis current texturing module of this system is described. Furthermore this thesis describes the theory of light, color and shading in computer graphics. Subsequently, improvments for RoScan texture module are proposed based on the said principles. The last part deals with the implementation of the test script in Matlab and the verification of the functionality of the proposed solution.
Slab bridge in Újezd at Brno
Dočkal, Miloš ; Koláček, Jan (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
The subject of bachelor´s thesis is to design a bridge construction in Újezd u Brna. The bridge is part of a local road and it is used to transfer across the river Litava. The bridge construction is designed in two variants. The chosen variant is prestressed concrete construction with a lenght of 19,8 metres and a width of 5,6 metres. The calculation of loads is deal with software Scia Engineer 2012 and the results are verified with manual calculation. The construction is manual-calculated according to Eurocode.
Photonic crystal fibers
Dočkal, Martin ; Tejkal, Vladimír (referee) ; Šporik, Jan (advisor)
This graduation thesis deals with use of unconventional optical fiber with the intention of photonic crystal fiber. There are described types of photonic crystal fiber, their physical, optical and transfer characteristics. There is explained what are the photonic crystals, principle of their function and possible types of crystals. There are also detailed types of photonic fiber commonly used in the optical fiber branch. There is also explained photonic crystal fiber its structure a hierarchy of its types. In this thesis are described and demonstrated different kinds of photonic optical fiber and their use. There is demonstrated principle of one-dimensional periodical structure of Bragg fiber using simulation software. There can be seen graphical comparison of the simulated optical fiber core to commonly obtainable fiber. Outcome of this graduation thesis should be explanation of function of photonic crystal fiber and possibility of finding new type of fiber with optimal dispersion characteristics for use in fiber optics.
Reconstruction of the bridge acros the valley near Dobruška
Dočkal, Miloš ; Krejčík, Vladimír (referee) ; Klusáček, Ladislav (advisor)
The final thesis is focused on design a bridge construction. across the valley near Dobruška. The existing bridge is convenient and it will be replaced by a new bridge construction. The bridge is situated on motorway I/14 and it is used to transfer across the valley and Brtevsky brook. The bridge construction is designed in three alternatives. The chosen variant is a post-tensioned two-beam concrete construction with a lenght of 88,5 metres and a width of 14,0 metres. The calculation of load is solved in Scia Engineer 2014. The construction is designed in accordance with valid standards and it is made a drawing documentation.
SW for control tests and generating reports
Dočkal, Michal ; Šťastný, Ladislav (referee) ; Franek, Lešek (advisor)
The content of this work is the development of an application that serves as a graphical interface for running tests and generating reports. At first is marginally analyzed the process of measuring and recording, then the technology used in the development is described. As next, suitable implementations is proposed. Finally createed application is described, including outlining possibilities for further development.
Assemblying effect on cable lines quality
Dočkal, Martin ; Křepelka, Václav (referee) ; Filka, Miloslav (advisor)
In the first part is explained what actually a structured cabling is. Its beginning, from what and why it was created. Its history when at the beginning were applied unbalanced coaxial cables, those were later replaced by balanced cables. In cabling for TVs are still used coaxial cables. Balanced cables are according to type named UTP, STP, FTP, and so on. Whit growing popularity of this type of cabling and its wide spread application was necessary to set some rules, standards, specifications and demands, how to build up the cabling from project to realization. According to these rules is the system built so there are strict rules for length of subsystems and interfaces and the whole appearance of the structure cabling. Next important point is projecting of cabling that is related to the previous points and when it’s finished, we should strictly follow it. With the project is closely connected characteristic of this cabling as attenuations, cross-talks and other transmission parameters which are measured in the practical part. In the second part is spoken about all the parts of which the structured cabling consists - metallic and optical connecting elements and cables. There are also mentioned their mechanical, electrical and transmission features. In the third part is described influence of man on the quality of structured cabling and the most common causes of lower quality and the ways how to prevent this from happening and how to manipulate with cabling not to destroy it. The final (fourth) part considers the measurement. There are measured qualities of metallic wires as the attenuations, delay, cross-talks on the near- and far-end, impedance and resistance. To all the features are mentioned schemes of the measurement on the twisted pairs. The measurement is divided into two parts. In the first part are measured five types of balanced cables of different length, category and damage influencing quality of these cables. In the second part is measured one balanced cable if it’s corresponding with category 5 for that t was made and if it would be possible to use it also for higher category 6. Values are tabularly sorted in tables.
Využití metody 3D tisku pro výrobu sýrových analogů
Dočkal, Martin
The aim of this thesis is to summarize information about 3D printing technology and its pos-sible applications in the food industry. Furthermore, the thesis includes information on cheese substitutes bearing the collective name of cheese analogues, for which their types, production processes and properties are described. The most important part of the thesis deals with the connection of these two sectors, thus the use of 3D printing technology in the production of cheese analogues. Their properties and behaviour during 3D printing, their sensory properties and the possibilities of modification to achieve better results are de-scribed. Optimization of 3D printer software would be needed for better production and test-ing of 3D printed cheese analogues. Of the 3D printing methods, due to its applicability in the food industry, material extrusion is the most promising method, whereas the continual material jetting has proven to be unsuitable for food applications. Cheese analogues created using 3D printing technology were rated across studies as having good consistency and cohe-siveness. Furthermore, the use of surfactant biopolymers was found to promote product sta-bility and prevent phase separation of the initially heterogeneous mixture.
