RNDr. Jaroslav Zhouf, Ph.D. Abstract: The aim of the thesis is to compare the problem posing process of problem posers on various experience levels: Novices have no experience, specialists pose problems but not more than their teachers profession requires, experts pose problems profesionally, e.g. for Mathematical competitions. There were two phases of the research - both of them consisting of the pilot phase and the main study. The participants posed difficult and original Mathematical problems for approximately 15-year-old students. In the first phase methods derived from the grounded theory were used to analyze self-reflections, questionnaires and other written materials of problem posers. The second phase was based on qualitative analysis of videotyped problem posing process of respondents. The problem posing process of the three groups of respondents was different. With increasing level of experience the ratio of intentional ideas increased as well as the ratio of posers finding inspiration in the existing problem. Valuing cyclical companies

The goal of my work is to analyze the so-called cyclical companies. In my work I'm going to describe the fuctioning of sectors, which are historically branded as cyclical. In the main part of this work I'm going to evaluate selected companies from the automobile, the air transportation and the electronics sectors.

Private business subjects are characterised by their continuous effort for increasing their market position. Therefore they are permanently monitoring their own sthrengths and weaknesses, and they are also monitoring their competitors´ behaviour and customers´ needs and wishes. Such pieces of information can be received by analysis of business surroundings and from custommers´ opinion. Activities like these are called marketing research. The research should include all aspects that influence the way of perception of the company by any other market subject, or even the atmosphere inside the company. Information received is valuable for managers and their decision-making. Marketing research is a dynamicly developing field where new findings of social sciences are permanently applied. A significant developement in this field was reached mainly in last years. It is a result of the rapid progress of information and communication technologies. Modern forms of marketing research often use the Internet for collecting various information on the market.
Internetbanking in the Czech republic

The goal of my work is to analyze the Czech market of internet banking. I'd like to show it's weak and strong points. In my work you will also be able to find comparision between accounts. My work will define the Czech market of internet banking not only as a whole, but I gave some space to each part of internet banking services. Internet banking is still an evolving area in the scope of electronic banking. In my work I'll mention trends and regularities in current system. In the next part the security methods, which the banks offer for internetbanking protection, will be described with detailed description. Some space will also be dedicated to part, in which I describe what every client has to secure so he can use internet banking applications. To compare how banking through internet works abroad, I'll focus on an internet account of some big foreign bank, particularly British Barclay's. This data will serve as a comparision for the advancement of the Czech internet banking.
