Speech portrait of a poet-blogger on social networks

This paper aims to present a linguistic picture of a relatively new creative environment in the virtual Internet space. The thesis deals with speech specifics and communication strategies of poets publishing on social networks. The author analyses the features of the individual style of the poet-blogger, communication strategies and forms of presentation of poetic content. Available scientific works related to the issue of speech portrait are summarized in the thesis; analyzed the poet-blogger's speech behavior and methods of self-presentation; the expressive means used by the poet-blogger are classified and the principles of their use are generalized.

Houseboats in Czechia - a specific form of second homes

Current geographical research on second homes deals with the complex of phenomena, processes and activities associated with objects of individual recreation. Modern society is characterized by changes leading to an increase in holidays and an increase in the proportion of free time, which is highly emphasized. One of its components is the already mentioned recreation. People spend their free time in different ways. One of them is the performance of activities second homes. Literature and many other sources deal with the study of cottages and weekend houses. Today there are also studies on new trends in the form of buying and owning apartment houses, tents or caravans. This diploma thesis discusses theoretical approaches to the research of another phenomenon, which is houseboats used as objects of second homes. Through Czech and foreign professional articles and other relevant materials, approaches to defining the term houseboat were discussed, the phenomenon of houseboats in Czech and foreign conditions was explained in the context of historical development and the system of recreation, tourism and the use of free time, as well as the evaluation of houseboats as objects used for second homes and to the residence function. Testament Succession

The thesis debates one of the modes of succession, namely testamentary succession. A testament is, in accordance with Law No. 89/2012 of the Civil Code, one of the dispositions mortis causa. Inheritance contract and testamentary clause on legacy, along with testament, belong among dispositions mortis causa according to the law cited. The deceased exercises his or her will through such. The target of this work is to describe the current form of testamentary succession in its effective rule, focusing on facultative elements of a testament. The work is divided into six chapters. The opening chapter contains a discussion on succession rights, first in general and then the requirements of the creation of succession rights follow, as well as the other inheritance titles in their effective rule. The second chapter defines a brief excursion into the Roman law. In the subchapters, individual testament forms in the Roman law, testamentary competence, succession against testament, revocation and nullity of testament are included. Methods of investigation of sexual crimes (selected issues)

Cizojazyčné resumé The diploma thesis deals with the methods of investigation of sexual crimes. Because the topic is too broad I've decided to focus only on selected issues of methods of investigation of child sexual abuse. Investigation of child sexual abuse is very specific in comparison to other sexual crimes. During the investigation the child victim must be handled very sensitively in order to avoid secondary victimization. The purpose of this thesis is to describe the specifics of investigation of child sexual abuse and other problems connected with it. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to historical and current legal regulations of child sexual abuse. At the same time it describes occurrence of this crime in the area of the Czech Republic. The second chapter provides criminalistics characteristic of child sexual abuse. The chapter consists of three parts. The first one is dedicated to the typical ways of committing this crime with focus on cybergrooming. The second part describes different types of perpetrators and also specifics of female perpetrators. The third part deals with victims of crimes and it is focused on short-term and long-term consequences of child sexual abuse. Regional Family Policy Focused on Families at Risk Veronika Burešová Introduction: Diploma thesis deals with the activities of regional authorities focused on support of families at risk, in context of the process of transformation of the alternative care system for children at risk in the Czech Republic. The goals: The main goal of the thesis is to explore the approach of regional authorities to the issue of families at risk and what forms this approach. Methods: The research was divided into two parts. Firstly the case studies of thirteen regions (except Prague) were elaborated. Based on these studies, 4 regions were chosen, 2 as examples of good practice, other 2 as examples of bad practices. In these four regions, qualitative semi-structured interviews were done. As respondents a councillor and an officer of regional authority office were chosen. 7 interviews were finally made, 2 respondents answered by email. Outcomes: We can find family as a target group in most of regional plans for the development of social services, but it is usually not a priority. The family regional strategy papers were elaborated only in 5 regions, but not all of them are focused also on families at risk.
