Marketing Communication of the Selected Company

The aim of the thesis is the design of marketing communication and its subsequent implementation in a selected company that has not been involved in marketing so far. I will subsequently measure these implemented proposals and based on the results further improve their effectiveness. The main aim of these proposals is to achieve that the proposed marketing communication generates demand for the company and creates support for business activities. The secondary objective is to spread awareness of the selected company and build a company database.

The bacheor thesis deals with reverse logistics in the selected company. Based on the theoretical background, it carries out research and analysis of the company's activities from the logistics perspective. It examines reverse logistics activities, such as complaints and returned goods, as well as conventional logistics activities from purchase to sale. The aim of the bacheor thesis is to suggest corrective measures that will lead to an improvement of reverse logistics in the company

Integration of the Child with Infantile Cerebral Paresis

The dissertation deals with issues of integration of the child with infantile cerebral paresis in kindergarten age. It is divided to VII. parts. Parts II. - IV. are dedicated to the theory, meanwhile V. and VI. parts are more practical. The theoretical part describes following circumstances - e.g. a conception of integration or inclusion, education of children with disability. Relevant attention is paid to infantile cerebral paresis. The V. part, practical one introduces the case of the girl with infantile cerebral paresis integrated in the nursery. It is based on my own experience as I have been working as her assistant, assistant of the teacher. The VI. part focuses on conditions of integration, its positive and negative points. The main aim of this essay deals with summarising conditions which lead to the success of integration. Beside some conditions of integrati on (e.g. technical, material and personal preparations), a satisfied and happy child is the best result of integration. The achievement depends on teamwork of all subjects participating in integration and luck of all circumstances involved. It is an individual process. The activity of the youth clubs: between the service and the expressive function

This master thesis is based on the service non-governmental organizations (NGO) which provides mainly social services to the public. The master thesis focuses on the service and non-service activities of this organizations with an emphasis on the non-service activities. This thesis investigates how these NGO's theoretically realize the functions of NGO's through these activities and with what functions are the certain activities connected. The important element is to describe and categorize the non-service activities and explain how they were realized, why they were realized and if they are important for the head of these organizations. The master thesis also directs on financing of NGO's and on the problem, that service NGO's are very often dependent on the state financial sources. This thesis shows how the financial system of researched NGO's relates to the non-service activities of these organizations. The branch of my research are youth clubs. Effect of high soluble endoglin levels on the liver morphology in mice.

Author: Petra Burešová Title of thesis: Effect of high soluble endoglin levels on the liver morphology in mice Bachelor thesis Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Study course: Medical laboratory technician Endoglin (CD105) is an integral transmembrane protein with total weight of 180 kDa. It is characterised by its participation in the signaling cascade of transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) due to its role as a co-receptor of this factor. In addition, a soluble form of endoglin (sol-Eng) which is produced by proteolytical sheeding from the extracellular part of membrane bound endoglin into circulation was demonstrated. Recently, it was shown, that endoglin is crucial factor in the development of both, cardiac fibrosis in the failing myocardium and liver fibrosis. The aim of our work was to detect liver fibrosis in transgenic mice. Using basic histological techniques and collagen staining we evaluated development of liver fibrosis in transgenic mice overexpressing human soluble endoglin on chow and high fat diet in comparison with control mice with low levels of human soluble endoglin. Our histological results show that high soluble endoglin levels have no effect on the development of fibrotic changes in the liver. However, it will be very interesting to evaluate...
