The methodology was created under the National programme on conservation of microbial genetic resources of economical imortance. Its preparation was planned in the beginning of a current period of solving the National programme (2018-2022). The methodology describe procedures for the evaluation of specialization of individual collections from the point of view variability of genetic resources held on the collections. The goal of the methodology is to improve the work of microbial collections for the sustainable conservation of microbial genetic resources.

Didactic Perspective on Intersonorant Voicing

This thesis aims at a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon called inter-sonorant voicing which frequently occurs in the speech of Czech learners of English. The theoretical part focuses on a general description and explanation of this problem in the context of the negative interference from learners' mother tongue. The practical part contains a complete list of words prone to inter-sonorant voicing and describes the method of selection of these words. Metamorphoses of the Meaning and the Role of Education in the society

The main goal of this Thesis is to provide a closer look at the transformation of the meaning and the role of education in the context of changes in Euro-Atlantic society in the second half of the twentieth century. To understand the background of changes, the Thesis begins with a concept of education from a historical point of view. The milestone on the timeline is the 1970s and the emerging ideas of a new society, whereas a great deal of attention is paid to the theory of a post-industrial society. The concept of education in an Knowledge society and its continuity to working area of individuals living in the twenty-first century is the subject of the last chapter of the theoretical part of the Thesis. In the empirical part, I combine theoretical pieces of knowledge with attitudes of respondents. I try to discover whether they consider education as a quarantor of career advancement or whether they perceive it more as an insurance policy for maintaining their current status. Results of the exploratory study I expose at the conclusion of the Thesis.
Selected parameters of beers from the markets

This bachelor thesis deals with the determination of selected parameters of beers available on the market in the Czech Republic. The subject of this thesis is the analysis of 12 beer samples with different alcohol content. The laboratory measurements confirm that the vast majority of beer samples correspond to the declared values on the packaging. In only one case is discovered that the producer presents a misleading indication in volume of alcohol. In other two cases are wrongly marked the types of beer.
Schwa-centred Approach towards Pronunciation Teaching

This diploma thesis deals with the crucial impact of the neutral vowel schwa on creating prominence contrasts in English pronunciation teaching, i.e. a schwa-centred approach. The theoretical part focuses on the complex description of the target sound with regard to the suprasegmental level, including Czech speakers' difficulties to recognise and pronounce this vowel and prominence patterns it participates in. Furthermore, it defines the essence of the schwa-centred approach. The practical part presents the implementation of the schwa-centred approach in teaching practice in the form of a set of activities aimed at perception, production and raising students' awareness of this phenomenon. The effectiveness of the activities is evaluated by means of the analysis of audio recordings made before and after the teaching and assessment of students' questionnaires. The Criterion of Religious Neutrality as the Current Issue of the Introduction of new Educational Projects in Czech Schools

The main goal of Thesis with name The Criterion of Religious Neutrality as the Current Issue of the Introduction of new Educational Projects in Czech Schools is to provide professional view at these projects in the meaning of their religious neutrality. For the purpose of the Thesis have been selected educational projects such as Religious Education, Ethics, Waldorf Schools and yoga exercise provided by The Yoga in Daily Life System. This Thesis is divided into three basic areas. The first part is devoted to the Czech Confession Law and legislation dealing with religious education in the Czech Republic. The second one will introduce these educational projects and their implementation in the Czech Republic, including a survey of their religious neutrality. The third area is about comparison of above mentioned educational projects with experiences of teachers in abroad.

Southern Europe and regional policy

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse European policy of economic and social cohesion in the southern states of the European Union. The import of regional policy consists in the strengthening of cohesion through the diminution of existing differences in socioeconomic level between EU member states and theirs regions. Significantly high budget item assigned to the regional policy on the European level affirms its importance. States of the southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece) gained long-standing experience in the implementation of the cohesion policy, therefore they are suitable for the evaluation of the effectiveness. The thesis seeks to deliver potential recommendations for the effectiveness improvement on the national as well as on the European level.
Analysis of Business of Czech entrepreneurial entities in Italy on the example of selected companies

This thesis reports on the business of Czech entrepreneurial entities on the Italian market, in particular about their problems during penetration of this market and other specifics, which they daily have to deal with. The first chapter is devoted to the review of trade balance between Italy and the Czech Republic. It analyses the current state but also the recent development of the trade with goods and services, the commodity structure and the Italian investment environment. The second chapter deals with the most important export promotion organizations both in Italy and the Czech Republic. The third chapter analyzes the Italian market using the PEST analysis, which reviews the political-legal, economic, socio-cultural and technological influences on the market. The following three chapters describe the outcomes of a qualitative research conducted in three companies operating in different fields. The final chapter provides a comprehensive output in the form of a SWOT analysis of the Italian market and a set of several pieces of advice for current and future Czech exporters to the Italian market. The conclusion only recapitulates the previous chapters and summarizes the most important findings resulting from this thesis.
Analysis of czech anti-tobacco politics from the marketing point of view

Bachelor thesis analyzes the czech anti-tobacco politics and focuses on design of cigarette package. The first part describes obligations set up by European Union and World Health Organization. In the second part, the thesis concentrates on the efficiency of health warnings or more precisely pictorial health warnings. In the third part, the canadien anti-tobacco politics is depictured and compared with the czech one. The field questionnaire survey is also a part of the thesis.
