Analýza marketingového mixu basketbalového klubu USK Praha

BASKETBALL CLUB USK PRAHA MARKETING MIX ANALYSIS Targets: The goal of this thesis is to perform an overall evaluation of the existing USK Praha marketing mix and its components. Based on this analysis suggest possible modification that would lead to a better club economic outcome. Methods: There will be used a SWOT analysis to analyze current club marketing mix. This analysis will point to strong and teak club sides and threates ond opportunities that it faces up to. Very important source of informations will be an informal meeting with a club management as well. A questionnaire research will be used to find out fan's opinions on individual parts of club marketing work. Final proposals will also include my own knowladge. Results: Based on used methods, there will be suggested specific modifications in every individual parts of marketing mix that would lead to a better club economic outcome. These suggestions will be offered to the club's leadership, that will decide to follow these or not. Title: Funding Opportunitites For Ice Hockey Club Slavoj Zbraslav Objectives: The key objective of this thesis is to find out new possibilities of funding the ice hockey club Slavoj Zbraslav, especially from public funds. In addition, proposals for the specific grants, that the ice hockey club can use, are made as a part of the thesis. Methods: The thesis use a qualitative method of an interview to collect the primary data. Further the secondary data are analysed with the methods of descriptive analysis and analysis of the documents. Results: The ice hockey club Slavoj Zbraslav does not use all possible grants for funding. Therefore, some of the funding program were selected and new proposals for grants were suggested. Concept suggestion of sport funding in the czech republic

Objectives: The main aim of this work is to evaluate the current system of sports financing from public sources in the Czech Republic. Based on this analysis, analysis of sports funding system from public budgets in selected EU countries try to create a new system of financing sport that is stable, systematic, transparent, efficient, and sustainable development. Methods: The work used the method of analysis and comparative. Analysis method was applied when examining the current financing system in the Czech Republic and in selected foreign countries. The method of comparison was then used to compare the information gathered from various funding schemes. Results: The results suggest that the sports sector in the Czech Republic is deeply underfunded, despite what economic and social benefits of each sport brings. In order to improve the current system are proposed partial measures, aimed at long-term support for the concept of the sport in the country. Partial proposals based on an analysis of the financing of sport in the Czech Republic and the subsequent comparison with selected systems in selected EU countries.
