The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is design constuction of conveyor for transporting corn in distance of dune 26 meters and diference of height 6 meters. Scope of this work is functional compatation, main size, design of the drive and tension facilities of conveyor. Work include among others evaluation possibillities slant and design of change construction of conveyor. Components of work is strength check of the driving shaft. Attainment of this work is real posibility construction of conveyor, by task.

Workshop mobile handling table

This diploma thesis is concerned with the design of lift table with hydraulic actuator system. Lift table is supposed to perform vertical motion and tilting the upper desk in horizontal axis. In background research are explored various suitable movement mechanisms and types of actuating systems. After choosing the right mechanism type for lifting and tilting, actuating system and various design components the force and strength calculations are performed analytically and by finite element analysis. The hydraulic schema, 3D model of assembly and drawings are made.

Stationary inclined belt conveyor

This Bachelor thesis deals with suggestion of stationary inclined belt conveyor for transportation of crushed aggregate with desired output 130 tons per hour. The general summary and division of belt conveyors are described at the beginning of the Bachelor thesis. The next part of bachelor thesis deals with constructive solution of belt conveyor and description of its constituent elements. Computational part includes functional calculation, determination of main parameters, suggestion of drive and calculation of solidity of driveshaft.

Horizontal belt conveyor

This bachelor’s project treats about construction of horizontal belt conveyor for metal sawdust transportation from producing machine to 5 meters distance. There is functional calculation which contains belt width determination, conveyor resist, tensile stress in the belt, tension forces and engine performance. There is also done conveyor main proportions and engine design and stress control of tension drum.

Crane crab 130/50 t

The main goal of this dissertation is to design and to calculate chosen parts of a crab of a foundry travelling crane according to assigned parameters. The foundry crane provides transport of a casting ladle, which is hanged with a girder on a double hook of the main stroke. Except the main travel, the crane crab includes more an auxiliary stroke. The whole work is divided to two parts. The first part (calculating) is aimed mainly to calculation of both strokes and a travel. The second one (drawing) contains a drawing of the crane crab and drawings of a rope drum of the main stroke.

Cranked chain conveyer

Output of this diploma work is an overall project of the Cranked Chain Conveyer, arising from specification of the assignment. Project is divided into several phases, whereas first of them is composed of calculations and finding of necessary driving unit. First phase is followed by second phase, where I - regarding the engine power - dimension individual structural parts like loop chain, conveyer drive unit, stressing etc. In last phase I deal with drawing documentation of designed parts of the conveyer.

Over head travelling double beam crane

In the thesis according to the award (the design and assessment of the basic elements of container crane, design and calculation drives of bridge and cats, including relevant drawings) developed completely. Assessment of the basic elements of container crane is carried out according to CSN 27 0103 Design of steel structures and cranes CSN 73 1401 Design of steel structures. It is designed and calculated drives as a bridge crane and drive cats. The thesis is processed into different units according to the award.

Horizontal belt conveyor

This project proposes a conveyor belt for given material and transport output. A functional calculation is carried out ČSN ISO 5048 which specifies main dimensions and propulsion proposal. Based on strength analysis, calculation of shaft of driving drum is performed. Individual components of conveyor are chosen from catalogues of the companies, which are engaged in these questions, whose products are accessible in the Czech Republic.
