The bachelor thesis contains the theoretical part where the author defines several basic terms. The analytical part includes mainly market research where the company would like to enter. The bachelor thesis also contains a practical part, where the company itself is defined, thus location and focus, as well as the selection of products and employees. Last but not least, this section deals with the financial plan.

Summary: This work is dedicated to phenomenon of summer apartments in the 1st half of 20th century,especialy to village Senohraby, which was used mainly as an example. This work tries to show means of spending free time in summer resorts and means of entertainment specifically in the surroundings of Prague, because of it's nearness to capital city.Important part of this work is dedicated to question, what sorts of guests were spending times in this summer resorts. And this work also wants to show some aspects of life before First World War and during 1.st republic in Czechoslovakia.
Leisure Culture in the Czech lands in Interwar Czechoslovakia on Example of Summer Apartments

This thesis is devoted to leisure time during interwar time (1918-1938). The main interest concentrates on phenomenon of visiting summer apartments and his character, perception in society and specific relationship to leisure time. Summer apartments were symbol of good status and were very popular among the middle class, but thesis is also dedicated to tramping and beginning of living at the cottage because of specific atmosphere of Czechoslovak republic in 1918-1938. Leisure as a Space for Self-fulfilliment in Czech Lands (1918-1938)

The dissertation examines the issue of leisure time and the possibility of self-fulfillment (self- realization) in the context of the First Czechoslovak Republic. Thus, it elaborates the range of leisure time of the given period from the length of working hours through public holidays, Sundays to holidays. Subsequently, it deals with the analysis of individual ways of spending leisure time, in which the search for self-realization can be observed. In several thematic areas, the work focuses on the possibilities of self-realization through stays in nature, sports or through dreaming. On the rich source material, it captures the specific attitude of the groups observed to leisure time and asks questions about the importance of leisure activities for the functioning of society and for its gradual modernization. The dissertation seeks to provide a new perspective on the Czech-speaking First Republic society, with a strong emphasis on theories in the field of sociology of leisure time or lifestyle and is inspired by the theses of humanistic psychology. Education of Child with Mental Retardation

This Bachelor's work is about seventeen years old Peter who has a severe mental retardation and a cerebral polio. I am in touch with him for four years. I know him as a pedagogical assistant and a personal assistant, too. I used these experiences for this work. Firstly it is about characteristics of these diseases. Next follows personal information about Peter. Then his education and family view in comparison with specialists. The point of this work is to show that it is also possible to educate people with the severe mental retardation and then a different or equal view of people who are daily in touch with him and those who stay with him only during working hours. It is necessary to integrate these people to society and should not stay only with their family. The education is important and we can see that also severe mental retardation does not stop them from education. The questionary is asking family and specialists for their view of Peter. The questions are: How does he eat? , How does he rest after lunch? , How does he sleep? , Do you understand his communication? , What kind of approach leads to his positive reflex? , What do you do with his hyperactivity? , Are you able to take care about Peter for a weekend? and Do you know his favourite activity? The answers were mostly the same. The difference is...
