University hockey in the Czech Republic from the point of its participants

In my work I try to map university hockey in the Czech Republic through the personal experiences of its players. I describe the organisation and function of university hockey competitions played or played by Czech clubs, as well as the organisation of ice hockey at the Academic Championships and Universiade. In order to gain insights, I mainly used interviews with personalities from the ranks of players, coaches or management in the field of university hockey. This is because I wanted to capture their opinions and experiences on the issue in order to shed light on it in the most authentic way possible. Oxidative Post-translational Modifications and Their Importance

Aerobic life brings the inevitable exposure of living systems to reactive oxygen, nitrogen and chlorine species. A wide variety of oxidants can alter the structure of biomolecules such as proteins, lipids and DNA. Oxidative post-translational midifications play an important role in a number of cellular processes, for example, they are involved in redox signaling, gene transcription and metabolism. The increase of oxidants in cells leads to oxidative stress, which is associated with the development of neurodegenerative, cardiovascular and autoimmune diseases in humans. Considering reactive species as specific molecular agents can shed light on the complexity of the connection between redox processes and develop the emerging field of redox medicine.

Punk: History, main features and subculture

The bachelor thesis deals with music history of punk and the main participants of the first punk generation, especially with the band the Sex Pistols, it provides comparison of the contemporary and the former punk followers, it creates the overview of the main features and activities related to punk, it examines definitions of the word 'punk' and describes how members of punk subculture act. The thesis is also concerned with connection of punk and political opinions, which is crucial for this music genre. The beliefs of the literary authors are contrasted with experience of the author of the thesis. The content of the thesis is comprehensive; it covers the most essential attributes of the punk movement. Key words: punk, the Sex Pistols, band, music, fan, subculture

Optimization of stable microclimate management

The aim of study was to determine how correlate together the basic components of the microclimate and what is their weight in creating of a suitable stable environment and at the same time participate in the research partial results for the creation of an automated system of evaluation and quality control of microclimate in the stable and to exclude subjective operator error, mitigate the impacts of extreme climatic fluctuations and contribute to the improvement of animal welfare, which should then be reflected in increased quantity and quality of production and better health.

Ecological and social implications brownfields in the selected region

In diploma work was created analysis and synthesis of ecological and social impacts of brownfields in South Bohemia. The theoretical part was specialized in the main definitions of environmental and social impacts of brownfields. In the practical part was created a case study of brownfields regeneration. Diploma thesis is part of being solved grant GAČR-Economic Aspects of regeneration of brownfield sites in South Bohemian region.

Valuation of region Táborsko for booming of the tourism industries

For choosen region of Táborsko, situated in South Bohemia Region, was worked out analysis valuation of potential villages for offer, from localisation and realization hypothesis of tourism industries. The scale of valuation recreation potential of region was create. By this scale was evaluate potential of several villages and cities of choosen region. On the basis of performed analysis was proposed possible recommends and measures for improved present state.
