This Bachelor’s thesis focuses on evaluation of the financial situation of the company Slevomat.cz, s. r.o. in years 2013–2017. Individual concepts and indicators of financial analysis are defined in the theoretical part. The analytical part contains information about the analyzed company and a financial analysis of the company based on the defined theoretical basis. Based on the results, at the end of the thesis are made proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor‘s thesis aims to deal with the issue of employee motivation in the company AIRPORT BRNO a.s. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part will discuss theories of work motivation, explanations of key concepts and describe the issues of the topic. The analytical part will involve the company AIRPORT BRNO a.s., and research that has been contracted through the method of a questionnaire survey. The aim of the survey was to determine which factors of motivation are crucial for employees, and whether these factors are included in the Company's internal motivation strategies. The third part of the work will look at the result of the investigation and summarise findings to suggest recommendations for the streamlining of employee motivation within AIRPORT BRNO a.s.

The bachelor thesis titled "Analysis of marketing communication of a company Vinné sklepy Valtice, a.s." describes in the theoretical part all instruments of the communication mix, which are consequently analysed in the application part, based on the information about the selected company. The second part of the thesis is based on the questionnaire examination that provides the conlusions, findings and recommendations related to the marketing communication and to the products the selected company offers.

Building up of sport - recreation centre.

This work explores or rather recommends procedure for the construction of sports and relaxation center, including the basic elements and processes in the establishment of sports clubs or the trader, which are developers and operators of these centers. In this work, we used a pool to obtain the feedback of visitors to build an ideal sport-relaxation center. Entire work draws from the experience of building one of the most complex sports and relaxation center in the Southern Bohemia, which is located in Hluboka nad Vltavou. From work, it is clear that the construction of such a center is possible, but great support and commitment of a wide area must be provided. The work can be used not only by students of Department of health education but also economic and sports fields.
