Jatečná výtěžnost českého albína v porovnání s hybridním plemen králíků

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the comparison of the slaughter yield of rabbits in the conditions of small-scale farming and large-scale farming. The research part is devoted to issues related to the breeding and rearing of rabbits. In the following chapters, the factors influencing the slaughter yield, the breeding of hybrid rabbit breeds and the breeding of the Czech albino are characterized. The final part of the research specifies the composition of the basic feed ration and points out the possi-bilities of using different types of feed in large-scale and small-scale farming. The methodology of the bachelor's thesis compares the slaughter yield of Czech albino depending on the housing technology and the use of alfalfa addition to the complete feed mixture in a rabbit farm in comparison with the slaughter yield of Hyplus rabbits bred in a large farm in Kokořov.
Online ways of distribution of a chosen hotel establishment.

This bachelor thesis adresses online ways of distribution that are used by a chosen hotel. Theoretical part approaches e-business and its part e-commerce phenomenon. It characterizes online travel market and takes a closer look on current trends that can influence the world of online travel. It characterizes different types of online distribution which is followed by a practical part, where primary data obtained from hotel Vinohrady are analysed. Using a comparation of obtained data, the thesis discovers which online distribution channel is the most effective and, on the contrary, which of those is not. In the conclusion, it offers a propositions for optimazing online distribution.
Implementation of Vtiger CRM system into VŠE xPORT accelerator

This diploma thesis is focused on implementation of a CRM system to xPORT organization. Goal of this thesis is to choose a relevant approach to implementation, market analysis of appropriate CRM systems and choosing one system, which is most suitable for the organization. This system is then implemented and customized to accomplish all organization's needs. Work is separated into two parts -- theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part describes the terms CRM and CRM system, from historical and structural points of view. The next topic is a short introduction to the xPORT organization, its structure and subject are described there. Practical part is focused on choosing of appropriate approach to implementation of a CRM system and a market analysis followed by choosing of one most suitable CRM system. This system is then implemented to the organization's infrastructure and its functionality is changed to meet an organization's demands. Practical part is concluded by setting this system into the production and training the users. The main outcome of this work is functional CRM system, user manuals for using this system and description of its infrastructure for future administration tasks and changes on functionality. Contribution of this work is in choosing and implementation such CRM system that fits the most into the xPORT organization, is able to cover as much demands as possible and which provides to this organization a possibility to maintain and use its information effectively.
Data Loss Prevention

The aim of this thesis is to provide basic information from the field of the data loss prevention. In theoretical part, fundamental principles and options of DLP will be described, including reasons why use this type of protection. Next, in practical part, will be described establishment and testing of selected functions provided by open-source DLP solutions. There are just few comprehensive materials regarding the DLP in Czech language, so this thesis should be used for acquiring basic information for this technology field.
How to recruite and retain quality workers in the ICT business

The thesis is focused on describing the procedures through which organizations can acquire and retain high-quality long-term workers in the ICT sector. Most of the described procedures can be easily transfered to other industries. Brand new approaches that can be applied in the process of recruitment, are discussed as well, specifically, the possibility of using online social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter. Outsourcing is another, fairly new option of acquiring employees. An example of such a service is oDesk. The following part of the work describes the processes that are used in recruitment and retaining the skilled employees in the Unicorn company, which is the major producer of software in the Czech Republic. Despite Unicorn`s long-term achievements and experience in implementing the various human resources management and other related activities in order to acquire and maintain high-quality employees, the author was able to formulate specific proposals and recommendations that may contribute to their further improvement and streamlining. These recommendations are subject to the final part of the thesis.
