Motivational System For More Effective Work of Employees in Selected Company

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of incentive system to streamline the work of employees in the manufacturing plant and it is divided into two main parts. The theoretical background part and the practical part. The goal of the thesis is to first analyze existing incentive system to streamline the work of employees in the manufacturing plant and then propose its improvements in line with the achieving higher efficiency of employees work. In the theoretical background chapter, author aims at explanation of basics concepts connected with this problematic. The practical part deals with the existing incentive system and after finding the results author will recommend maybe any modification of existing system or just completely new one.

The influence of tomato ketchupes production technology on retention of nutritionally significance ingredients

The work was focused on the verification of influence of quality of raw material and time-temperature conditions on the retention of nutritionally and sensory important components of the ketchups and other tomato based products. The goal of the theoretical part of this diploma thesis was the optimization of procedure of Czech tomato cultivar selection according to the highest refraction and intensive red colour. The influence of tomato ketchups production technology on retention of nutritionally significant ingredients was observed within the practical part. The samples of ketchups were sampled during different steps of production within one batch in company OTMA Sloko Mařatice. It was ketchup which was preserved by pasteurization in the glass bottle and ketchup which was preserved by hot filing to the plastic bottles. The content of lycopene, ascorbic acid, colour, viscosity, refraction and pH were measured in those samples. Furosine had been chosen as marker of thermal stress on material. The technologies can be compared on the basic of measured values from the view of retention or changes of nutritionally and sensory important components.

The subject of this thesis: "Marketing Mix TAMIS AIRSOFT s.r.o." is an analysis of the marketing mix of the company and the preparation of proposals for its improvement. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts related to the issues and analytical part focuses on a thorough analysis of the company, its customers and the environment. In this section are given suggestions for improving the situation of the company and recommendations, which should lead to better promote their business and increase overall profits.

Area for small and medium-sized businesses, Uherské Hradiště

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new rentable industrial area in Uherské Hradiště. The entire area is defined by simple lines and shapes, which at the same time enables 100% functionality and efficiency. A distinctive element in the design is the facade, which still maintains the concept of lines (horizontals and verticals). The city management wanted to design a rentable production, but also administrative or exhibition spaces. At the same time, the architecture should form a dominant feature of the entire industrial area and should attract attention when entering the city of Uherské Hradiště. Production cells are variable and can be assembled and expanded according to the investor's requirements. The three-story building with exhibition spaces offers companies the opportunity to present their products and negotiate with potential interested parties. The supporting system is combined, on which monolithic ceiling slabs are placed. The building is covered with a flat roof placed on load-bearing walls and beams.

Media picture of Čihošť miracle throughout the times

The event known as the miracle of Cihost happened in a small village Číhošť in the region of Havlickuv Brod at the end of 1949, beginning of 1950. A crucifix moved on the altar during a sermon. The event led to an investigation and the detention of local priest, Josef Toufar, by the State Secret Police. Father Toufar became one of the first victims of the newly established totalitarian regime. This work presents the case known as the miracle of Cihost over three historical periods. The first period is connected with the origin of the case, therefore the end of 1949, beginning of 1950, the second period, which deals with events in Cihost to a certain extent, is the reform year 1968 and the last period is represented by the velvet revolution in 1989 which changed the established manner of functioning of state apparatus in our country and during which time the existing media system also transformed. The aim of this work is to point out the differences in the interpretations of this case in separate historical periods as each period deals with the case in question very differently. PCR diagnostics Neoehrlichia mikurensis

This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of a new diagnostic method for the detection of Candidatus Neoehrlichia mikurensis in ticks. The new method was developed based on the unavailability of a suitable diagnostic method of N. mikurensis as well as the lack of accurate data about infection frequency of ticks by the pathogen Candidatus Neoehrlichia mikurensis in the scientific literature. In the theoretical part, I deal with general information about ticks and their transmitted diseases, which can be bacterial, viral or protozoal. The diseases described in my bachelor thesis are borreliosis, tick-borne encephalitis, ehrlichiosis, bartonellosis, tularemia and babesiosis. Special attention is dedicated to newly detected causative agents of neoehrlichiosis. Various type of techniques have been used during the development of the new diagnostic method, such as polymerase-chain-reaction (PCR), cloning, sequencing and agarose gel electrophoresis (ELFO). These methods are complemented by a large number of different laboratory procedures, such as DNA isolation, minipreparation of plasmid DNA, gel purification of DNA, and bacterial stock solution preparation. Statistical evaluation was performed based on the analysis of mixed samples of 10 ticks, using the PCR method. A total of 1 390 ticks were tested during 2018.

Upbringing of adolescent from the parents perspective

The upbringing is a great theme for all parents, which unites them, but also divides them at the same time. Certainly everyone knows the situation or has lived through it, when he himself raised children who are not his own. We usually know better how to behave in upbringing of someone else's children. After all, to bring up the child, who is not mine, is the easiest and the situation is best evaluated from the outside. My bachelor thesis Adolescent upbringing from the perspective of parents is focused mainly on parents and their view on their own upbringing. In the theoretical part is characterized adolescence and there is there also the concrete characteristics of puberty. The theoretical part also offers insight into the secrets of so-called successful parenting, how to get along with an adolescent and how to be not only a good parent but also a friend. The last part of the theory is focused on communication with adolescents and on the result of punishment. The practical part is processed by qualitative investigation. The research was focused in two ways. It was focused on family as a whole part and then on one of the parent, mother. The results of the research will bring how the different families bring the adolescents up and especially the parents' feedback. The second part of the research reveals differences in classical and alternative upbringing.

Use of molecular markers for studying genetic diversity of breeding materials of rapeseed

This thesis is based on the use of ISSR method for studying genetic diversity of oilseed rape. Altogether, 180 genotypes were evaluated. Frozen leaves of oilseed rape from three breeding station called: 1/ breeding station Selgen a.s., 2/ OSEVA PRO s.r.o. and 3/ breeding station Slapy u Tábora were used as imput material. DNA isolation was performed by Williams, who modified CTAB method for oilseed rape. We selected for ISSR 4 UBC which showed high variability and stability. The analysis was performed by gel electrophoresis. This thesis is also focused on comparison of gel electrophoresis and chip electrophoresis. In this thesis We show a matrix of simmilarity between varieties. The results were also provided back to breeders as a basis for further breeding.

The bachelor thesis on the Possibilities of Social Rehabilitation of the Salvation Army Clients at the Center of Social Services Lidická deals with people without home, people in crisis. The theoretical part focuses on description and problematic areas related to people without shelter. For the practical part of the thesis the data of the users of the social rehabilitation service were selected and studied. This part of the thesis deals specifically with the analysis of the Salvation Army users. People who used the Social Rehabilitation Service CSSL in 2014-2016 were selected for the analysis.
