Warehouse hall with administration

The content of this diploma thesis is the design of a new warehouse hall with administration in the Zetor complex in the Brno – Líšeň district. It is the building thaht is divided into warehouse hall and administrative part. The warehouse hall has one floor and will be used for storage of steel products within the Zetor complex. The administrative part has three floors, where the 1st floor serves as a background for warehouse employees, on the 2nd and 3rd floors there are office space with social facilities. The construction is based on deep foundations on embossed piles. The supporting structure of the building is designed as a prefibricated reinforces concrete skeleton with continuous columns and beams places on the columns. The peripheral shell of the both part sis made of sandwich mineral panels. The supporting structure of the roof of the warehouse hall consists of roof trusses and is made as a flat single-skin. The ceiling construction of the administrative part is made of SPIROLL ceiling panels, the roof of the administration is also made as a flat single-skin.
Apartment building

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is a project documentation for construction of the building of the apartment house in Humpolec. The building is designed for housing, it has five overground storeys and a basement, with a lift. It contains seventeen dwelling units with access to the balcony and a possibility of own parking right in the building. The basement is largely made up of parking space – one collective garage with nineteen parking spots. The remaining part of the underground floor is made up of corridor, air conditioning engine room, room with electricity meters, room with cellars, utility room and cleaning room. On the other floors there are a total of seventeen housing units with layouts of 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk a 4+kk. The apartment building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks, in the basement from monolithic reinforced concrete are insulated with the contact thermal insulation system according to ETICS. The ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, only above the apartment on the 5th floor, the load-bearing part of the ceiling is solved using wooden beams. Stairway is solved as reinforced concrete precast. The building is covered by flat monolayer roof.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a new apartment building with the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. The apartment building is located near the city center of Olomouc on a flat plot. The main idea of ??the building is small flats of the type 1 + kk, 1 + 1, 2 + kk and 2 + 1, intended as student private housing, or as start-up flats for young couples. Such flats are formed in building 16. On the last floor, 2 larger flats 3 + 1 with a terrace are designed for living of three to four member families. On the ground floor there is a technical and technological equipment of buildings and also a room for leisure activities of the house's inhabitants, specifically a gym or a larger exchange. It is possible to place outside fitness machines such as table tennis, billiards, etc. The basement then offers parking for residents of the house. The building of the apartment building is structurally designed as a brick made of ceramic blocks with monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings. The walls of the basement are reinforced concrete monolithic. ISO beams are used to prevent thermal bridges of balconies. The building will be insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The roof is designed as vegetation. The staircase will be made of monolithic reinforced concrete and technically installed so that impact noise is not transmitted to the surrounding structures. The elevator shaft will be monolithic with a machine room on the 7th floor along the entire height made of reinforced concrete.
Apartment building

The goal of bachelor thesis is to design and develop project documentation for a new apartment building with almost zero energy consumption for construction. The apartment building is located in Sady part of the town Uherské Hradiště. It is a five-storey building with an underground garage. A total of 14 apartments with balconies with a view on a part of Uherské Hradiště are designed in the building. The bearing masonry will be made up of cut clay brick blocks on which cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor will be placed. The building will be insulated with ETICS system. Facade colors will be in shades of gray and blue. The building will have an elevator and reinforced concrete staircase.

Subject of a bachelor thesis is to design apartment building and work up project documentation in specified range for construction. Apartment building is located in edge northwest part of Brno. Specifically in city district Žebětín, on the low slope terrain. Object is designed as detached building, with four above ground floors and one underground floor. Above ground floors, which partially recede against underground part, contains corridors, staircase with elevator and 16 housing units. Underground part, construct as partially underground floor, contains technical facilities of the building, cellars for housing units and collective parking garage for ten automobiles. In the northwest part of the property is located outdoor parking space for 9 cars. The main entrance to the building is from local communication by sidewalk. In front of the main entrance is located leveling staircase and ramp for disabled. Load bearing system of the apartment building consist from reinforced concrete foundation strips and foundation peds, reinforced concrete outer walls and frame system of underground floor, inner and outer walls of above ground floors from clay blocks Porotherm and cast in place reinforced concrete floor system. All of it is covered with built up flat roofs without ventilation. Whole apartment building is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system.
Multifunctional building

The subject of the Master's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional apartment building. The building is located in the cadastral area of Prosek, in Prague 9 in the north-eastern part of the city. The terrain of the land is flat. The multifunctional house has five floors and one underground floor. In the basement there is a garage, a technical area and a storage area. The first floor is redesigned to a café and office area. The floor is connected to a terrace, which is accessible from the interior and exterior. The second to fifth floors are filled with housing units. There is a walking terrace on the fifth floor. The roofing above the 4th and 5th floors consists of a flat roof. The construction system in 1st floor consists of a combination of reinforced concrete columns, girders and walls. On the 1st floor, there is a combination of a masonry and reinforced concrete transverse system with a reinforcing reinforced concrete wall. From the 2nd floor to the 5th floor is a transverse masonry system with a reinforcing reinforced concrete wall. The ceiling structures are formed by reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The stair flights are prefabricated. The whole building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system.
Multifunctional building

The aim of the Diploma thesis is elaboration of design documentation for execution of an multifunkcional building.It is a building with four above ground floors and one partly under-ground floor. In the underground floor, individual garages are designed. The entrance is on the first floor, where there are also business premises. Office space is located on the second floor, and flats are placed on the third and fourth floors. The roof above the 4th floor is designed as flat roof. The underground part of the building and some other structures are designed from concrete. The other load-bearing masonry is made of ceramic blocks. The partitions are made of plasterboard or ceramic fittings. The shafts are also made of plasterboard. The ETICS system is used on the facade. The ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is made as an extensive green roof.

The master’s thesis processes project documentation for construction of Truck service, i.e. object for service and maintenance of trucks with built-in administrative part, situated in Letohrad. The proposed building is a onestorey hall, built-in floors are designed in the administrative part and auxiliary operating areas. The main entrance to the building with income for customers is located in the administrative part. Most of the first floor has a service hall with associated workshops and truck wash space. The supporting structure of the building is designed prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton with continuous columns and girders mounted on short column brackets. The cladding of the service hall is designed with sandwich panels. The cladding of the administrative part is made of Ytong filler masonry. The facade of the administrative part is designed as ventilated. The horizontal load-bearing structures are assembled from Spiroll prestressed reinforced concrete ceiling panels. The roof is designed as typical for hall buildings, i.e. it is flat single-skinned roof with behind attica gutters and between roofs gutters formed by valleys falling down to the roof drains by spreading wedges.

This building is designed in a slightly sloping terrain on the edge part of the village Holasice, part of Brno-countryside. The family house has a partial basement and two floors. Establishment is designed as a single-storey building with own access from the road and will be used for design activities. The building is based on plain concrete strip. Vertical structures are designed from ceramic blocks. Vertical stuctures of the basement will be also protected by a layer of permanent blocks. The roof of the family house is designed as a gable, above the garage is a flat roof with a vegetation area. Ceiling structures are made of monolithic, reinforced concrete.
