Apartment building

Subject of a bachelor thesis is to design apartment building and work up project documentation in specified range for construction. Apartment building is located in edge northwest part of Brno. Specifically in city district Žebětín, on the low slope terrain. Object is designed as detached building, with four above ground floors and one underground floor. Above ground floors, which partially recede against underground part, contains corridors, staircase with elevator and 16 housing units. Underground part, construct as partially underground floor, contains technical facilities of the building, cellars for housing units and collective parking garage for ten automobiles. In the northwest part of the property is located outdoor parking space for 9 cars. The main entrance to the building is from local communication by sidewalk. In front of the main entrance is located leveling staircase and ramp for disabled. Load bearing system of the apartment building consist from reinforced concrete foundation strips and foundation peds, reinforced concrete outer walls and frame system of underground floor, inner and outer walls of above ground floors from clay blocks Porotherm and cast in place reinforced concrete floor system. All of it is covered with built up flat roofs without ventilation. Whole apartment building is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system.

Hotel

Predmetom diplomovej práce je, návrh hotelu a vypracovanie príslušnej projektovej dokumentácie pre prevedenie stavby v požadovanom rozsahu. Objekt Hotelu je umiestnený v širšom centre mesta Ostrava, v mestskej časti Moravská Ostrava na rovinnatej parcele. Objekt je riešený ako samostatne stojaci, so štyrmi nadzemnými podlažiami a jedným podzemným podlažím. V nadzemnej časti, sa nachádza v 1.np- reštaurácia pre 120 hostí, konferenčné miestnosti pre 40 poslucháčov, zázemie zamestnancov kuchyne a hotela, vstupné a komunikačné priestory v 2 až 4.np ubytovanie hostí hotela s počtom 72 lôžok. V podzemnej suterénnej časti, ktorá je riešená ako čiastočne zapustená do terénu, sa nachádza technické vybavenie objektu, hromadná podzemná garáž pre 27 osobných automobilov. V juhovýchodnej časti parcely je uvažované vonkajšie parkovisko pre 23 osobných automobilov. Hlavný vstup do objektu je z miestnej komunikácie po spevnenej ploche chodníka cez vyrovnávacie schodisko ktorého súčasťou je plošina pre hendikepovaných. Nosný systém hotelu pozostáva z monolitickej základovej dosky, železobetónových obvodových stien a železobetónového skeletového systému suterénu. Nosného monolitického železobetónového skeletového systému, železobetónových stropných dosiek a jednoplášťových plochých striech nadzemných podlaží. Výplňové murivo obvodových stien a vnútorné murivo je vyhotovené z tvaroviek Porotherm. Murivo schodísk a výťahových šachiet je monolitické železobetónové. Presklenné plochy objektu sú riešené pomocou ľahkého obvodového plášťa s izolačným trojsklom. Vykurovaná časť objektu je zateplená kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom etics na báze minerálnej vlny v nadzemnej časti a polystyrénu v podzemnej časti.
