Analysis and quantification accuracy of the abrasive process

The formulated study is focused on the analysis and quantification of the accuracy–parameters related to the abrasive process. The scope of the mentioned study deals with the identification of the abrasive process, technological influence and accuracy–parameters of abrading surfaces. In the final part of this study, there is a practical sample described with respect to the technological influence on the resulting accuracy–parameters of the abrasive process.

he aim of this thesis is possibilities analyse of automatization of finishing operations by producing bodies of plumbing fittings and selection it’s optimal version. The objective is project of workplace for conditions of concrete production plant and verification of return of it’s operating. A part of thesis is design of workplace and design of production machines and komplete technology of prodicing of parts in setting of production plant. Than there is partial verification of profected technology by real testing.
The technology of material division with grinding operations

This bachelor thesis deals with the technology of material division with grinding operations. The first part explains the basic principles and methods of use and advantages and disadvantages of technology of material division with grinding operations and other methods of dividing the material. The second part is focused on the characteristics of cutting tools and cutting conditions of division with grinding operations. In the last part, the measured unit machine time of the technology of material division with grinding operations and two other methods of dividing the material and wear of cutting wheels are compared.
Technological and economical parameters of a cutting tool

Aim master´s thesis is analyzed technological and economical parameters of cutting tool. Firstly there are the parameters cutting tool, cutting wear, economical parameters and costs on running tools specified. In the conclusion there are reach technological and economical parameters of cutting tools analyzed and tested on practical sample. The sample is part of attachments in form programme on calculation in Excel, together with evaluation by means of graphs.
Machining of Hardened Steel on CNC Machines

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of machining of hardened steels on CNC machines. In the first part there is the description of the company, in which the particular hardened part was machined. The next part of the thesis focuses on properties of hardened steel and their suitability for machining. The middle part of the work states the basic machining technologies used in the company and programming of the CNC machines. Further there are described the materials of the cutting tools for machining of the steel from selected producers/manufacturers. At the end of this thesis the machining of the particular hardened component is described, and the evaluation of the technology procedure is made.
Technological parameters of the spark erosion cutting with a wire electrode

The work deals with the technology of electrical discharge machining using a wire electrode. Described are machines, tools, wire electrode cutting parameters and advantages of this technology. The aim of the work is to quantify the cutting area with respect to dimensional accuracy, make an analysis of surface layer state and quality after wire cutting, and describe factors affecting this layer. In particular, emphasis is put on tool steel cutting.
The production control system

The goal of this diploma thesis is to describe the proposal for integrating production control system in the growing manufacturing company with custom-made production. Initially the research of applicable methods and operations suitable for the company management will be done. Next step will be to apply these procedures in the company and eventually to provide a range of adjustments. As a result, not only an optimal production control system eliminating possible mistakes stemming from the insufficient control management is implemented, but also the company is prepared for further profitable growth.

Firstly, there are the parameters accuracy of cutting process identified. Secondary, there are particular technological influences over accuracy of shaping process characterized. In the conclusion, there are characteristics accuracy of shaping process quantified and tested in practice.

High speed cutting its physical principles and its use in modern production
