Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem obrábění kalených ocelí na CNC strojích. V první části je popsána firma, ve které byl obráběn vytipovaný kalený dílec. Další část práce se zaměřuje na vlastnosti kalených ocelí a jejich obrobitelnost. Prostřední část práce uvádí základní obráběcí technologie využívané ve firmě a programování CNC strojů. Dále jsou popsány materiály řezných nástrojů pro obrábění kalených ocelí od vybraných výrobců. V závěru práce je popsáno obrábění vytipovaného kaleného dílce a je provedeno zhodnocení technologického postupu. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of machining of hardened steels on CNC machines. In the first part there is the description of the company, in which the particular hardened part was machined. The next part of the thesis focuses on properties of hardened steel and their suitability for machining. The middle part of the work states the basic machining technologies used in the company and programming of the CNC machines. Further there are described the materials of the cutting tools for machining of the steel from selected producers/manufacturers. At the end of this thesis the machining of the particular hardened component is described, and the evaluation of the technology procedure is made.
