Development and current position of China in the world economy

The diploma thesis analyses development and current position of China in the world economy. It focuses in detail on the economic reforms being implemented since the end of the 70s, on their course and impact on China's economy, on the economic situation of China at the beginning of 21st century and on the impact of the world crisis on China's economy and its role in international affairs as well. This thesis also deals with China's accession to the World Trade Organization, its commitments, benefits and impacts, and relations, especially economic, with the United States, the European Union and selected countries in the Asian region. The thesis identifies and characterizes some of the main problems which China is facing as a result of its development.

Historic view on the development of foreign trade between the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the international relations between the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The aim of the work is to analyse mutual foreign trade in the time period of 1993-2007 with focus on commodity structure. In the first part of the work the main economic characteristics of both countries are summed up, afterwards the development of international trade of the Czech Republic without the impact of Russia is analysed. The core of the work is presented in chapter 4, where the development of mutual foreign exchange in the individual years is described, while the emphasis is primary put on the comparison of commodity structures. The Czech trade policy towards Russia is shortly mentioned in the last chapter.

Real estate project finance

The theoretical part of this thesis explains the process of real estate project financing, describes its main features, characterizes participants of the process and main forms of project loans. It also depicts the feasibility study as a key source of project bank loan application, describe collection of loan documents, guarantees and hedging agreements and provide an overview of the methods used to evaluate the effectiveness of the project. The analytical part describes a particular project of development of a residential real estate and its project finance funding. Furthermore, the final section analyses the effectiveness of given project and the parameters of provided project bank loan.

My labour describes a progress of insurance market from the origins. After the second world war there functioned monopolistic The First Czech Insurance Company and the insurance was imperfect and agreed with then economic situation. The biggest improvement happenend in 1991, social and economic transformation opened the door to business in all branches of financial market. A population adapted for a competitive invironment and a new legislature in a very short time. It was necessary to realize the own responsibility of risks and financial needs. Today's insurace quality is comparable with advanced countries of the EU and people find important to insure their property and lifes, it show us total indicators of insurace. Nowadays the knowing and orientation in the insurance market improve the and there are offered still better insurance services to customers.

Předmětem bakalářské práce ?Kapitálové životní pojištění na českém pojistném trhu? je charakteristika životního pojištění s důrazem na smíšené životní pojištění. V úvodu práce se věnuji životnímu pojištění obecně, krátce charakterizuji jeho význam, druhy a právní úpravu. Druhá část je věnována kapitálovému životnímu pojištění, především jeho vývojovým variantám, možným připojištěním a daňovým výhodám. Třetí část je zaměřena na analýzu konkrétních produktů nabízených na českém pojistném trhu.

Economic Development of China in the Threshold of new Millenium

Bakalářská práce analyzuje ekonomický vývoj Číny na počátku třetího tisíciletí. První část se zabývá ekonomickými reformami, jejich průběhem a dopadem, jakožto jedním z nejdůležitějších impulsů současného růstu čínské ekonomiky. Druhá část se věnuje analýze dnešní hospodářské situace Číny při využití maximálně aktuálních údajů. Dále zde práce identifikuje některé hlavní problémy čínského vývoje, jakož i cíle které si Čína vytyčila pro svůj vývoj v nejbližší budoucnosti. Následující část se zabývá závazky, přínosy a dopady vstupu Číny do Světové obchodní organizace. V závěru se práce věnuje ekonomickým vztahům Číny se Spojenými státy, Evropskou unií a Českou republikou.

Analýza výběrového řízení na komunikační agenturu

Cílem práce je provedení komplexní analýzy průběhu výběrového řízení na komunikační agenturu, včetně rozboru strategických agenturních dokumentů a právního ošetření výběrového řízení. Práce dále obsahuje komparaci doporučovaných standardů a praxe v ČR a analýzu konkrétního výběrového řízení, zahrnující i identifikaci případných chyb a doporučení na zlepšení postupu. Práce potvrzuje výchozí hypotézu o tom, že dodržování doporučených standardů pomůže oběma stranám nacházet korektním a etickým způsobem vhodné partnery pro dlouhodobou spolupráci.
