1 Title Creation and implementation of project of invironmental upbringing in pre-school education Abstract This enclosed thesis look into making and realizating a project of enviromental studies in preprimary education which main target is to improve relationship between children and animals based on gained information about animals, direct observing of animals and actual spending time and doing tasks with living animals. The theoretical part of this work is the general definition of the project - its characteristics, features of educational project, production methods and procedures for project evaluation, as well as characteristics of preschool children with emphasis on the age of 4-7 years in a child's life, for which the project is processed, personality theory teachers in pre-school (his creativeness), the definition of environmental education in the FEP and the concept of environmental sensitivity, the influence of animals on child development preschool dedicated to the use of animals in kindergarten and the possible risks hindering the child in contact with a live animal (allergies phobia). Methods of Drama in Education as a Means to Promote Personal and Social Development of Preschool Children

The bachelor thesis focuses on the development of preschool children and on some of the special characteristics of this period. It examines the possibilities of personal and social development through the methods and techniques of drama in education. More specifically, it focuses on empathetic skills in the personal area, and cooperative skills in the social area. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the usability of chosen drama methods and techniques in teaching preschoolers. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part discusses the development of preschool children. It describes the developmental period in question, and outlines children's way of thinking and experiencing. The role of the family in socializing is mentioned, but the main focus is put on socializing outside of the family. It points out the important role kindergartens play in the lives of Czech preschoolers; offering them a variety of collective play, and meeting their need to establish first social contacts. Play is understood as an important and unsubstitutable need of preschool children. The final part presents possible drama methods and techniques. Preparatory department of drama education at elementary art school in Žatec

This bachelor thesis is about preparatory department of the literary-dramatic scope in the basic art school in Žatec and at the same time looks at the issue education of children of pre- school age. In the theoretical part summarizes the knowledge about the basic art schools, literary-dramatic scope, drama education and its principles, objectives, methods and techniques, about the specifics of preschool children and the educator of drama education. The centre of gravity of the practical part are lessons of drama education, which part of it is the observation of children and capture shifts in the development of their personality. The aim of the thesis isn't just getting familiar with the preparatory department literary dramatic scope in the underlying art school in Žatec, but it raised the question of how the drama education affects personality development of a child.
Drama education as a way for teaching literature

The integration of drama education in the primary education is one of the frequently discussed topics in the contemporary education. This diploma thesis deals mainly with the use of drama as a supplementary teaching method for the work with literary texts. The main aim is to compare the efficiency of literary education that uses standard educatory methods with the education that uses methods and techniques of drama education. The theoretical part deals especially with the terms personality of a child of lower school age, literacy and drama education. The practical part emphasizes the strong impact that own experience have on children readers and therefore underlines the efficiency and applicability of drama methods and techniques not only in the literary education, but in other subjects as well. It also contains the used methodic and results of the research based on questionnaires which were used for recording and tracking of the memorized information.The focus group for the research consists of pupils of lower school age.
Use of Drama in Education methods for teaching English

The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the introduction to drama as a separate object with its principles and the principles of working with drama, on its methods and techniques. We will introduce here the work of teachers of drama education and training opportunities in this field. In terms of psychology, the work deals with the development of speech in children and the ability to learn a new language, so that we get the most lasting effect in the preservation of the skills acquired in the memory. An integral part of this work is also didactic teaching of foreign languages and its characteristics. Required skills in a foreign language, then set the General Educational Programme for Basic Education, which allows us to set learning goals. The theoretical part is also a methodology to creating tutorials foreign language with the use of drama in education and its reflection. The practical part contains taught lessons on selected topics of the English language, where I used drama as a teaching resource.
Methodology of voice education of particular class in the Primary School

The goal of this diploma thesis is to build up a methodology of speech techniques for a specific class which is covered in the topic "Prehistory". In the theoretical part I am engaged in particular teaching stages of speech technique such as attitude, respiration, vibration, effort of muscles in solar plexus area and enunciation. I mention its teaching problems and differences of teaching of individual speech techniques lectors. In the practical part of the theses I introduce my own methodology of particular lessons which concur and I cap it with a phonetic (voice) warm-up. I have taught these lessons at grade 3 of a primary school and I have reflected them.
Use of techniques and methods of drama development of social communication of preschool children in a long-term project "What my hand has seen"

Jiřina Hovorková: The thesis examines the use of different methods and techniques with respect to drama education within the framework of a long term project seeking to develop and underpin social skills of a selected group of children in preparatory grade. The theoretical part of the thesis concentrates on characteristics of children in the preparatory grade age from a development perspective, methods and techniques of drama education, whilst another chapter is devoted to the curiculum education system, a further chapter covers project education. The practical part of the thesis endeavoured to compare the level of social skills between agroup of children which had integrated disabled children and another group of ordinary children in prepatory grade. Another objective of the thesis was to motivate children to creatively collaborate with respect to the creation of a tactile book and a CD entry.

Title Use of a literary text in a dramatic project Summary The work deals in its theoretical part with definition of dramaturgy; means, approaches and methodology of creative dramaturgy. What is more, it deals with possibility of using the literature (fairytale) in work with prep school children. The practical part deals with a project, which applies the fairytale text in dramaturgy in educational announcement of a prep school. It applies different dramatics, feelings and sense, pantomimic and other plays during February. The project is finally assessed with focus on affectivity of applied means, approaches and methodology of creative dramaturgy with respect to personality of the prep school children. Work with literary text by the help methods of dramatic education with 5-7 years old children

This thesis deals with the work with literary text by the help methods of dramatic education. The main aim is to find out possibilities and specifics for use these methods at work with 5-7 years old children and to offer lessons of dramatic education. This thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with peculiarities of evolution and necessities of 5-7 years old children, an importance of children's game, a role of literature in children's life, methods and techniques of dramatic education and a selection of literary text. The practical part of this thesis offers six lessons of dramatic education. These lessons were be realized at nursery school and in first and second class of primary school. A part of practical work are reflexes of these lessons with particular children's groups and their mutual comparison. This part contains free suggestions of other lessons. These lessons are inspired by various literary genres for children. The results show that with such old children are especially effective these techniques: simple pantomime, association circle, alley, a range of attitudes, live images. Input activities must have clearly defined understandable rules. It is appropriate to assign specific roles and provide or suggest children descriptions of figured situations.
Comparison of the new method of teaching English in the 1st grade of the Primary School "Act and speak" with other methods

This thesis aims to determine status of English language classes at primary schools by using the observation method. It explores which methods are used in the first classroom at primary level, how far are these methods effective in the development of various skills of students and whether they can be compared to a new teaching method Act and Speak ®. At the beginning of this paper, are outlined real conditions in foreign language teaching. In the next section we learn how is foreign language absorbed and accepted by learners and at the end of theoretical part we learn which teaching methods were used for teaching foreign languages in the past and which are used today. The practical part should determine whether teachers are quality language models for their students and whether they use in their teaching latest methods and trends. These data are compared with procedures that are used in the classroom using the Act and Speak® and from them then draw conclusions about the quality and effectiveness of teaching.
