This thesis is based on theoretical knowledge of the marketing mix tools and analysis that form an integral part of the work. In the practical part the company Prowork is described and analyzed. Based on my analysis I made suggestions and recommendations how to increase sales and reputation of the company. The aim of my thesis is to propose an improvement of the marketing mix of Prowork Company, Ltd., focused on production and sales of the professional chairs and armchairs.

This dissertation deals with marketing issues in sport, focused mainly on the fitness center. There are investigated the current communication mix of small fitness center including its services. After finding out the current state of the communication mix, followed by a proposal for its improvement, which is focused mainly on advertising and sales promotion. This proposal will leads to obtaining a higher number of clients, to increase public awareness in the city and its surroundings and all of this will lead to higher competitiveness.

Execution of these proposals should lead to growth of businessman’s profit.

Abstract The thesis deals with marketing communication of the ČSOB Pojišťovna Pardubice ice-hockey club with the main focus on the communication with visitors and fans and the promotion of the club's commercial partners. It makes suggestion on possible ways of development of the given marketing communication where the club's fans' communication represents the most important part of it. Not only it proposes improvement of the current tools and proceses, but it also introduces new, modern means of marketing communication. The aim of the proposal is to increase the general awareness of the club and its atractiveness.

The thesis consist of free sections. The first part explains the basic concepts of marketing mix, on which is the second part based. I have done an analysis and product specification in the analytical part. This helped me to define main shortcoming of the system. I proposed recomendations to eliminate shortcoming in the third part.

This master thesis focuses on finding the right way to optimize and to apply mix of communication methods for selected tradesman, Rostislav Stork, who's involved in the sale of sports equipment. The main goal is to analyze the current state of marketing communication in selected company and to find the right method of communication policy, which will increase the volume of goods sold and, at the same time, increase profits. This work is systematically divided into three main parts. The first part describes theoretical background, which is then used as a base for following parts. The second part includes analysis of the selected company and its surroundings. The last part contains the details of suggested design of a specific communication mix, which will be applied consequently.

In the final part is shown how we can arrange the communication mix for a new company Aktiv-Servis, s.r.o.
